+I have been on this method for 3 weeks now and THERE ARE SPICES AND SEASONING YOU CAN HAVE so Barbara is NOT correct on that, I have not had a bland meal yet. I am a college student with a low income and I have NO problem shopping and paying for these foods. If you are ready to make a change in your life then TRY THIS! if you want to be down on everything out there that is trying to help you, then don't.

+This is not a complicated diet and the food for this cost no more than the junk food if not less expensive. the food is protein=meat and veggies and fruit o not complicated at all. I like that there i nothing to put together and it all their in the journal and all it takes from us is comitment. This is a lifestyle change.

WHY DON'T ANY OF THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS CONCENTRATE ON SENIOR CITIZENS? THERE ARE MANY EXERCISES SOME OF US IN OUR MID 70'TS OR OLDER CANNOT DO AND SOME OF THE DIETS ARE N'T ALWAYS FOODS WE CAN EAT BECAUSE OF DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS.
