Jillian Michaels' knowledge of fitness training stems from years of martial arts and intense personal training. Best known as a former trainer and coach on NBC's hit TV show The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels was an amazing motivator, personal trainer and guide to nearly 15 million Biggest Loser viewers every week. Before she was a massive television star, Jillian struggled to maintain her own healthy weight. She knows firsthand the trials and commitment it requires to lose weight and keep it off. Now she's set her sights on helping you reach your goals!
Jillian is currently a co-host on the popular TV show The Doctors. Jillian loves the idea of being able to empower people with information and support to help them live their healthiest lives. Being a co-host on the show allows Jillian a platform to educate people on how to make health choices that will enable them to take control of their physical well being. Jillian is also working as a special health and wellness correspondent for the Dr. Phil show.
Jillian has created her own wellness media empire, and has written several books about weight loss and fitness, has a self-named Wii game, a self-named meal delivery program, an online diet program, a weekly radio show, a fitness DVD and is a contributor to Redbook Magazine and Cosmo Girl.

Jillian's lengthy resume proves she has the knowledge and experience to guide you on your weight loss journey.
Jillian Michaels (born 18 February, 1974) is a fitness expert who gained prominence as a trainer on the NBC weight-loss reality series ''The Biggest Loser'' (USA). Michaels was the trainer for the red team until 2006, when she was replaced by Kim Lyons. She returned in 2007 as the black team coach, competing against Kim's red team and Bob Harper's blue team. Kim decided not to return for the spring 2008 season, leaving Jillian as the only female trainer. Along with Bob Harper, Jillian is also a trainer in the Australian version of the show. She began her career in exercise because she was considerably overweight before her teenage years (though not as much as the contestants she whips into shape now). As a young adult, her mother enrolled her in a martial arts class, which was a new beginning for Jillian. Thereafter she dedicated herself to helping the overweight transform their lives and their bodies for the better.
I love jillian, she is the best trainer i ever seen & is super hot.

I am a big fan of this show althought I didn't care for last night show I along with several other people thought that allison should have kept her comments to herself for exp. at the end of the show when she said that even after the comments tonight biggest loser was a woman well we all can see that. And as far as what jullian said way to go you tell them like it is and stand up for you team. I felt that she was right on with that comment, the woman are backed up against a wall and have no were to go they have no chance to win this season because of them being up against a team of men. Nothing bad toward the men but I hope they (men) all go home and I don't feel that the brother should have been the one to get back into the show..... Way to go team JULLIAN black team I am proud of you please dont give up and fight them and make them pay....

Even if Jillian Michaels is/was a man, the work she's doing should be commended. In the end, that's all that matters.

I am in LOVE with my wife and very best friend and she wants to lose down to about 145. Right now she weighs about 190. The problem is she had 2 bad injuries in her back and she is in a lot of pain all the time. She's a real trooper because she does not let the pain get her down. She still gets up and walks around and ceans our home all the time. I was wondering if you had any exercises that she could do to lose the weight that she wants to lose? Thank You for reading my reguest. Cordially, Dennis Bailey

would love to be on biggest loser, I have always been on and off diets since I was 11 years. I'm now 43 and my weight has went too far. I'm 5f 1in and 193 , I have lost a little, but it get discouraging with all I need to lose, on a diet, off a diet. I use to be able at least to go on a fast diet and lose the pounds fast before if I gained a few. NOw that is not possible. I have too much to lose. I enjoy watching everyone losing weight on the Biggest Loser. So happy for them.....
