  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim or soy milk
  • ½ cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax (grind in blender or coffee grinder)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
