I know that the dosage on the LookingTrim bottle says 1 capsule twice a day. However, if you go on the LookingTrim website and read under FAQ's it tells you that when you feel comfortable you can increase to 2 capsules twice a day.

Can anyone tell me how many pills are in one bottle? And to answer jon- no your Doctor will not recommend it. It is speed- and has all the health risks R/T to that. However- coffee is speed, and no MD will recommend you have a latti a day either

I used Metabolife 356 when it was legal and lost 50 pounds. I have not been able to find anything other than ephedrine that works. I hope this works the same

Ephedrine is still legal but only small doses I think. I think 10mg per pill is allowed I also think that is what is in EphedraP57 i got a bottle a while back and will see if I still have it.

By Long Term I mean a period of 6 months or so. I don't take the full dosage. I only take the one in the morning before I work out. Would I be albe to take for a few months without major health side effects?

I ordered this product also and I was just so excited. I must say after trying it for a few weeks I had no results. I will be returning it. I did get the racing heart still was hungry if not more so and it kept me up till 3A.M. so I got all the bad effects without any benefits. May it was not strong enough but I will not risk my health to double dose the recommended dosage. Everyone is different and their body reacts differently. Good luck to all on your weightloss.
