Hey all, Few years ago I was taking the metabolife 356 and lost 35 lb, but after it was cut off, I gained 22 lb back. After reviewing everyone's inputs on this product I decided to order. I received my pills in 4 biasness days. I don't know if I got the right staff that every one is taking about, but on the bottle it says Maximum strength EPHEDRA formula with Hoodia 10 mg. ephadra, when the name of the prudent is Ephedrine P57? I?m little confused, so I have a question for those who see the results. Is this the stuff that works for you? I have been taking 2 pills per day for 4 days now and don't see any results yet. It is to yearly to see I guess. Can anyone tell me if I am taking right pill? Thank you.

i have been using this product for 6 weeks and i have seen no result. my intake is less than 900 calories a day. I dont think the pills contain anything that they claim. my advice is stick to the gym as this product is a Rubbish, their support is also very bad. more than likely this is just a Placebo.

Jenn B..........I actually tried Metabolife Ultra not the 356. A friend gave me his left over bottle because he didn't like it. It was okay, but made me really jittery. I think they loaded it up with cafeine, because it didn't have any ephedra or ephedrine. But i guess you shouldn't fix what's not broken.

Looks like Ephedrinep57 and Ephedrap57 are made by the same company. I personally like the one with ephedrine but i haven't tried the one with ephedra. I'll try out the ephedra one on my next order and will let you guys know which one i think is better. I'm assuming it's the same quality so might be hard to tell.

OK, so based on all the online reviews as well as the comments here, I am going to place my order and see what happens. Back in the day when Ephedra was legal at higher doses I lost 50lbs. We'll see what happens with this product.

I felt a little wired but other than that, i thought it was a great product. It helped lose weight and gave me energy the whole day.

I am a little skeptical about diet pills because I tried Trim Spa and it didn't work. I know for a fact that if you have a euphoric feeling, you don't eat and from what I read ephedra gives you that feeling. Anybody feel "happy" taking when taking these pills?

Maybe I missed it, but has anyone responded to the comment regarding Metabolife 356 (the round red pills)? Those are the only diet pills that ever worked for me. I lost 25 lbs. and felt great doing it. Are the Ephedrine P57 pills similar? Does anyone know? I would appreciate any feedback I can get.

The dosages vary with bodyweightand tolerance. I am 6' and 255lbs. and I took 15 25mg ephedrine tablets at work yesterday and I feel fine. Combine ephedrine hcl with phentermine and see what happens....I lost 30lbs. in 30 days and felt great with no noticeable side effects.

Hey ei23, i would assume if you are only taking one, you should be able to take it as long as you want. But i'm not a doctor so you should probably check with him if you are really worried. I've been taking the full dosage for about 3 months now but have to cycle off for one month, then back after that.

Hi Anonymous, How come you have to cycle off for one month? When you come off of it it is really hard the first few days. You will feel the diference. I felt exausted and needed to sleep a lot. How about you?...

This site is bogus! Sale of Ephedra is illegal! Yes, it is true a Utah judge did reverse the ban for low dosages of ephedra only in Utah. But the court of Appeals in Denver over ruled her decision on 08/07/2006. So it is illegal to sell ephedra...They didnt tell you the whole truth. do research for yourself. I almost believed it!
