here in Canada you can ephedrine in 8mg pils and the ECA stack is 24mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine 325mg aspirin you take that 3 times a day. myself with asthma find it really helps with my work outs

Tiny white powdery pills that are pure ephedrine and look like aspirin are (or used to be) prescribed for asthma. I got hooked on those at 13 yrs old in the early 90's. Yes, they are very addictive and that's why you upped your dosage. I don't even know if doctors can prescribe them anymore! I'd be very careful to make sure those aren't LONG expired by now.

+When I started using this in 2001 I was at 206 lbs. I used for 3 months or so and when I was done with last bottle I weighed 140lbs. Perfect weight. Loved it. Got the jitters first couple weeks but they went away. Nasty side effect were bad migranes. But I'd do it again to get back to the weight I wanna be at. I've had 3 kids and I can't lose the weight with diet and excercise...Gonna get more somewhere

everyone is talken bout ephedrin how it makes u jiddery n gives u energy n that it works for wight lose i tryed 2 pills of stackers 3 and i had the same reaction as if i waz taken ephedrin

The old standard of 24 mg ephedrine and 200 mg of caffeine 2-3 times a day is by far the best way to go. Tonnes of studies at . Any jitters subside after a week or 2. The biggest problem with ephedrine is that it's the main ingredient in a variety of street drugs, that's why it's banned, not for safety reasons. More people die from Aspirin and tylenol each year. As well it's sold legally over the counter across Canada with absolutely no problems.

-I strongly advise against the use of ephedra-based weight loss products. Not only are they dangerous, they can become extremely addictive. I began taking it several years ago as a weight loss supplement. Of course it worked--I was so jittery and queasy all of the time that I couldn't eat, so naturally I lost weight. However, after awhile I ended up using it more for the energy burst I received than to curb my appetite. I actually became very addicted to it, I felt like I NEEDED it for the energy. I became very lethargic when I didn't take it, and would panic if I didn't have any left. I could feel my heart fluttering when I took it, which I realized was a huge red flag, but continued taking it anyway, I had reached the point where I was convinced that I couldn't function without it. I found out they were taking it off the market, I panicked and bought 10 bottles (like a junkie). Coming off of it was a long and very difficult process. Afterward, I found out that my issue wasn't unusual, I met several other women who had also developed an addiction to the product. There are many other weight loss aids out there, such as hydroxycut, that will give you the energy burst and the appetite suppression without the nasty side effects and the addictive qualities.

+took leanrgy before they banned it with ephedrine..loved it.. but i only took one in the morning.. ate what ever i wanted just not as much. lost 15 lbs. i think they should sell it again just put warnings on them. they can't kill as many people as cigerettes do!!!!!

LUCY... you should be very leery of taking any pill that has incomplete information on the package. How scary!! I can't advise on how many to take, but I would definitely caution you to take it back, throw it away and avoid putting that in your body. Also, I'm not sure where you got it, since it is banned in the U.S. That should be another sign that you shouldn't be taking it.

Can someone help!!! PLEASE!!! Bought pure ephadrine but no dosage on the bottle and nothing on the tablets. I wanted to know what the dosage is on each small pill??????????? The pills are tiny white powdery pills, kida looks like aspirin. I was told to take 3 times a day .ONE TAB ONLY at spaced intervals. I am just wondering what the dosage is on each pill ???? Since starting them nearly 2 weeks ago , I have lost about 10lbs so far and am well on my way to my ideal weight .. just about another 10lbs to go :O) Im eating healthy and exercising. I find them particularly useful before my workout as they give me extra stamina :O) So happy with the results so far . I have upped the dose now to 2 in the morning , 2 mid afternoon . Am thinking to maybe take another 2 before my workout in the evening. Just wanted to ask if anyone knows what the dosage is cos I dont want to be taking too much and doing harm even though I feel fantastic on them .. bit jittery yes and nervous but I burn that energy off working out so .. Please can anyone advise me?? Again, nothing written on tab or the bottle , I was told 5mg per tab ... Thanks :O)
