when living in japan we used to eat ephedrine like candy for the drug effect only -not to lose weight. drug stores sold it over the counter for asthma and bronchial. it can be addicting-need more to feel the effects after the body gets used to it. but being young , wanting to party all night and work all day.............be careful!

I started using ephedra last week, im about 200 lbs and have dropped to 190lbs! 10lbs weight loss in a week, my problem is snacking and feeling hungry all the time, but now just dont feel a NEED for food, when i eat i eat because i know its a meal time and i should. Take one 30 mins before you go to the supermarket....result ...less money spent and healthy food for the week!!!!

ephedrine does work but is dangerously unhealthy because it strains your heart, it can make you feel on a real down aswell. Nobody under 18 should take this drug at all and in my opinion anybody taking it should be very carefull.

Hi everyone. I ordered this awhile ago and did not notice any difference when I took the recommended dosage. Since I had taken ephedra in the past when it was still legal over the counter, I wondered if the product was a scam, since the other ephedra products had made me very energetic, even jittery, and totally killed my appetite. I emailed the company twice for a refund but never heard back. In the meantime I ordered Stacker 3 (with ephedra) and that definitely worked! It has 25 mg of ephedra per pill. It made me sweat easily, though. Anyway, I ran out of that, and I just now tried taking 2 pills of this product, hoping maybe that would make a difference.

I've Taken ephedrine for years on and off,never been a problem. But you still have to include eating right, and excercise nothing comes free.

I was taking ephedra p57 for 3 months (3 capsules of 10mg a day) and it got banned.

I eat cereal for breakfast, then about an hour later I take 5 ephedrine (25mg each) pills at one time. I am not hungry until after dinnertime. Usually I will eat something around 7.00pm. I've been doing this for about 5 months - I've lost 40 pounds. but I wouldn't waste my money buying this stuff - just go to a convenience store (you might have to search for one that carries it) and buy a box of 24 capsules for $9.99. It is ephedrine and caffeine.

I'm from Nebraska. 51 yrs. female. I have been taking as much as 100mg. straight ephedra for 10 yrs. mixed with any 200mg. caffeine. I quit drinking alcohal a year ago. Cant get my ephedra anymore. Have gained 50 lbs. I dont think this OR anything else will do what straight ephedra does. So good luck to you all. Guess Ill just keep gettin fat or go illegal!

The only thing I gained from Ephedrine P57 is the extra energy. I'm on my 2nd bottle, taking 1 in the morning and 1 before 2pm. I exercise at least 4 days a week. I didn't lose any weight. 15-30mins after taking the pill, I see a little bit of stars but it goes away after awhile.
