I have taken this pill on and off. In my experience, even if I continue with exercise and a healthy diet, all the weight comes back when you stop taking the pill. I did feel dizzy when I first took it but after a while and learning to drink more water that stopped. Over all the pill worked while I was on it and I would recommend it to other, just make sure you follow the directions and do not abuse it or you will feel sick.

Can I just say what crap this review is? Zantrex is Ephedra free!!!

I had an allergic reaction today to zantrex...i started flushing, getting red, itchy, and hot all over my body. Thank goodness I had some Benadryl available. I figured out it is the Niacin (vitamin B3) that can do this to you. So be careful while taking this if you have allergies because it can take a couple of days before the allergy can happen as the vitamin builds up in your body.

I have read all comments here and so far I have to disagree. I only started taking Zantrex-3 this afternoon before lunch and so far I feel nothing but energy! Since I have read all the comments and was a bit worried I only took one with about 16 ounces of water before I ate a veggie burger and a few fries. I think it just depends on your body-like others have said here-it's all about knowing your own body! I know I don't usually have side effects from caffeine and I began slow to see how they would effect me. So far (its only been about 4 hours) I feel no jitters, no upset stomach, again, nothing but energy! Can't wait to see if it helps me with endurance at the gym and appetite suppression...I'll keep y'all updated on here!

I've only been taking this for 2 days. I've never taken any diet supplements before - I'm typically a pretty sensitive person to almost anything - heck - I'm allergic to chocolate of all things. I love it. I actually took it for energy, not for the weight loss. I love it. I have no idea if I'll lose weight but wow. I'm not tired like I used to be.... I don't really want to eat a whole lot either. Its not that I don't want to eat - I just don't want anything heavy and I'm craving water. I can't get enough water. I kind of feel like I'm exercising even though I'm sitting at the computer. I guess it must speed up my heart rate. I honestly feel so great while I'm on this, I'm worried about becoming addicted. My bf is taking them too but says he can't feel anything. I'm 5ft 3 and 130lbs and he's 6ft 2 and 230lbs so I'm sure its a body weight thing.

I took Zantrex 3 for the first time today. I only took one pill with a 24oz bottle of water. I hate within the half hour time frame the instructions suggest. I felt horrible. I became light headed, sweats, stomach problems it was not a good feeling at all. I do not recommend this product. HORRIBLE!!!

i just bought a bottle today out of frustration, my job consists of sitting at a desk for about 9 to 10 hours a day and then going to school. since i started there i've gained about 30 pounds, in the span of about 7 months. sucks doesn't it? im 6'4 275 and i want to get down to about 245 with in 4 months or so. so hopefully this stuff works... wish me luck

I took my first 2 doses of Zantrex 3 yesterday and was fine. Then when I took it today after about 10 min I turned really red and burning from head too toe. I think it does work but wonder now if I should continue to take it?

I like Zantrex 3 because it helps me digest my food everytime I eat. Before I would never do #2, now that I am taking the pill, after every meal I use the restroom. It actually isn't a bad product, but results vary. Everyones body type is different so no one should be expecting the same results. Overall, this product is good.

The first time I took Zantrex 3 I lost 23 pounds in a few months, it GREATLY decreases my appetite, even when I was hungry my favorite food sounded horrible to me. I ran out of the pills and continued to maintain my weight for about 6 months but recently Ive gained about 10 pounds back and just started taking Zantrex again. It does make me sick the first few days but after that it goes away. Also, you have to eat a normal meal or it will make the dizziness and jitters worse.

I have had great results on Zantrex. I have coupled it with the Atkins products. I can only take one pill in the morning right before I eat and one at lunch. It does have alot of caffine and you do have to eat. If you have ever skipped meals you will get dizy and sick to your stomch The key is 5 small meals a day, lots of water, and exercise and you will see results. I f you are not going to follow this don't buy the pill you are wasting your money. Start the pills of slow and work your way up as each week goes buy, no diet pill is a miracle but it does give you a jump start. So good luck everyone and remember no one can loose weight on junk food and fast food!

I want to offer people who are researching this a review that they might actually find helpful. Let me start by giving my putting perspective on the situation in which zantrex was used. I've been taking this for almost 3 weeks as a supplement to eating smaller portions and excercising more. The first week I took one pill twice a day before meals. Now I take two pills twice a day before meals. WHAT DOES THIS PILL ACTUALLY DO: It definatly does help supress appetite. It also gives me an energy boost (don't take one within several hours of going to bed.) I've had no negative side effects but it does not seem to be some sort of miracle weight loss pill. I've only lost a couple lbs since i've started taking it (which i attribute mostly to the excercise). BOTTOM LINE: It does help supress appetite and it does give you an energy bost. Aside from that I see no other effects positive or negative.

I bought these on holiday in the US as its difficult to buy in the UK. Took 2 for breakfast and then 2 for lunch and didn't sleep for a day and a half - nightmare. Now take 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch and can now sleep at night. Not weighed myself yet (has only been a few days) but I don't want to eat so much - just be careful if your not used to caffeine and drink lots of water.

I bought my bottle today(4th April) and plan to start tomorrow. Having now read masses of reviews I shall start with one pill before meals and see how I get on. I currently weigh 134 lbs and would like to get down to 125 lbs (this was my weight before having kids) I will keep you all updated on how this pill affects me, good or bad.... Have got my fingers crossed..
