I started taking Zantrex today. Although I am not really over weight, I am 137 lbs 5'6, I cannot lose my stubborn belly fat and fat in my thighs! I am hoping that this product will work for me, I would like to get to a lean 125lbs with added muscle so that I am not unhealthy. I work out 4-6 hrs a week and am always so exhausted! I make sure to eat atleast 1,300 calories a day because I use to be somewhat anorexic and limit myself to about 700 calories a day (Note to everyone eatting less than 1,300 calories a day does NOT work, I lost 30 lbs in a month and have gained back 35lbs because my body stored everything I ate when I started eating again!) Anyways, I go to Hawaii in August and just want to look amazing. I am starting to feel really warm, probably because my heart rate is up, and a little jittery even though I just ate my lean cuisine, I drank a 32 oz diet coke and took 2 pills, I didn't even think about it! :( I think tonight I will just take 1 pill before I work out because if I go to bed after 9 pm I do not wake up in the morning. To those who are not eating very much please read the bottle it clearly states that you need to take it before a main meal AND that the calories in food jumpstart the pills and food is what makes them work so if you don't eat you will probably gain weight and have a heart attack from all of the caffeine like properties. I'll let people know if I lose weight, good luck!

My friend and I just bought a bottle last night at Wal-mart and we split it. I am going to start out with just one pill. I think the biggest thing is that you eat! So many people think that if they don't eat they will lose weight. The truth is your body goes into a starvation mode and stores all the fat it can. Eat healthy, eat small, but eat! Good luck to everyone.

I've tried a pill i got through a friend in shanghai, china and it worked super well. I was 5'4 and 110 lbs and went down to ~90 lbs. Didn't have a problem w/ keeping it down with dining and eating when i felt like it. Unfortunately, besides that friend, i couldn't find the pill so when i moved to u.s., started taking zantrex. Similar effects, but MUCH stronger. I think zantrex is a good pill if you just know how to control your doses. like try to lower the dose and control yourself a bit. grab a fruit instead of a sandwich. and use it on vacation when you don't have to worry about feeling woozy during work or school. lose weight fast. good luck to everyone.

Always carefully read the directions before taking any ?diet pill? or dietary supplement. If you feel dizzy or jittery when taking Zantrex-3, back off the dosage (says so right on the bottle). Take 1 capsule each time, and don't take more than 2 per day. Let your body slowly acclimate to Zantrex-3. And remember to take the capsules 15-30 minutes before meals. Taking them on an empty stomach... probably not a good idea.

I've been taking Zantrex for about a year (I take maybe 3 or 4 a day). I don't think it suppresses my appetite at all, but it does give me quick energy. I usually take 2 pills before I go to the gym and notice a huge difference in my energy levels (hence I've lost 15 pounds by working out, not eating less).

Before i bought zantrex 3 i read the label and all the instructions and did alot of thinking and planing. I usually drink 4 to 5 20 ounce soft drinks a day so caffeine is nothing new to me. I started taking zantrex 3 today and so far i dont feel any different than i usually do. yes this pill does contain a lot of caffeine so i am cutting back on the soft drinks because that would be a caffieine overload. Everyone that is feeling dizzy or light headed it is probly because your body is'nt use to that much caffeine. So i believe that there has to be some give and take. you have to do some work to get any results. It cant do it by itself. This is just my personal opinion and not from a doctor. I decided to take zantrex 3 along with an exircise program and hopefully i will see some results. Good luck to everyone and God bless.

KRIS- No, sweet tea is NOT OK. One, it's full of sugar, which is full of calories and will convert to fat. Kind of counter productive. Two, tea is full of caffeine. If you're already feeling sick, caffeine isn't going to help. Drink the water. Add a slice of lemon, lime, or orange.

OMG did someone say something about wearing diapers with allie? Thats crazy! I have been taking Zantrex 3 for a while now and it really does work. I used to take effedra pills and if you guys think zantrex gives you rapid heart rate and sick stomache good thing you didnt take the effedra pills! If you are taking these pills for the first time start off by taking one pill before meals before meals for about a week until your body can adjust to it. Then slowly start taking two, if you feel sick to your stomache or feel jittery that means your body cannot handle taking 2 pills and just stick with one. this is comming from a health care worker. Good luck to everyone with their weight loss.

i have been on zantrex-3 for about three weeks and i have lost 10 lbs (without excercise). the key is consuming a big meal when you take the pill and you are NOT supposed to take them in more than 8 hour intervals. thats why some feel jittery when they take them because they are not doing it right. anyway. i plan on starting my exercise regimen tomorrow and i will keep u guys posted on how my weight loss thing is coming along.

Myself, my sister and my neice has been taking this since July, I went from a size 22 to a now 18 some 16. My sister was much larger than I was and will not tell me what she now weighs. It did make me dizzy the first week and nervous. I think that once you get it in your system those side affects go away. (alli) I don't think so. With Zantrex-3 there will be no wearing adult diapers. I do not have to worry about messing on myself. I do palites and yoga and walk my dog 3 miles a day.

I've been taking this for about a week. So far I feel fine (then again it has only been a week) I take it twice a day before a meal as directed. It definatly does suppress appetite as I usually have much more of one. I am using this to supplement daily excercise (cardio) and smaller portions at meals. I will follow this up with some results.

I just bought zantrex 3 today, and a canister or slim fast to make a shake for a meal replacement. I hope it works! I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. I plan on exercising at least 30-45 minutes everyday along with a good diet and exercise and the pills. Hope they work!

I just started taking it today. I took 2 about 45 minutes ago with a turkey sandwich and glass of water and already feel a littler jittery. But we'll see. My stomach is pretty sensitive so I'm hoping it doesn't make me nauseous. I'm also going to use Slim-fast while I'm on it.
