Decided on a little retail therapy last night, looked @ a cute pair of jeans, size 1! Thought I'd give it a shot! Yup, up and over buttoned and zipped! Couldn't breathe, but that's alright! At least I can say they buttoned and zipped right :)

I found out yesterday that I have arthritis of a 65 y/o in my left knee. I need totally knee replacement. This has been going on for 2 years. I told the dr to give me 6mos with this diet/lifestyle and then reevaluate! He agreed and has heard great things of MAB!

So far Im down 6" in my waist and down 18 pounds in a month !

I have been on the MAB diet for 4 weeks and have lost 18.4 pounds. In my second week I noticed my blood sugar was going too low. I quit taking my night time diabetic meds and found that my blood sugar was stable . I was still taking my morning metformin and glyburide and around 11:00 am my sugar was again very low 58 to 63. So knowing I was going to see my doctor within the next week I quit taking it in the morning . I monitored it very closely testing every couple hours. My numbers have never been better, 85 to 110. I saw my doctor at the end of the week and explained what was happening. He told me to keep a check on the blood sugar but he would be taking me off all my diabetic meds. I have taken these meds for years and have never had "ideal" control. I explained the MAB diet to him.and the supplements . He was so excited for me that I finally have found something that is working for me.He told me to keep up the good work.I also told him that my hip that was not working well is now working almost perfectly, and my knee that was giving me grief is now also working great all the way up the stairs! My coach Wendy has been so supportive and helpful with all her suggestions to keep my journey from getting boring and same old , same old. I have not been hungry and know that I'll be able to stick with this . If I shoiuld falter I know that Wendy will be there , with a smile and a hug and a new recipe in hand. Down 31.5 lbs and feel amazing! I dont plan on stopping here. shooting for 50lbs and i know i can do it with the help of my mab coach!

First off, this is not a fad diet. It is not something one goes on in hopes of a get skinny quick scheme. It takes a desire to commit and a desire to change.

I hit my all time low earlier this year. I was beginning to feel depressed about my weight, health, and body. Nothing I did or tried the years before would take the weight off. I've tried Weightwatchers, Curves, and other various exercise/weight loss programs. None of them address the core issue. My eating habits.

I've only been on the program for two weeks, and let me tell you, the change is mind blowing. I have PCOS and severe chronic headaches that often times last for weeks. The PCOS has made it extremely difficult to lose weight, even on the various medications I've tried. My first week I lost 7.1lbs and 1.5 inches of the waist. I started a completely normal period for the first time ever with out medication help. None of my usual painful cramps or bloating. My second week I lost 2.2lbs and another inch of the waist. But most importantly, I've been headaches free for two weeks now.

I am half-way through my third week, and so very excited for this change. I have so much more energy and a sense of well-being. I love the support I get from both my coach and the facebook team of clients. I love how easy it is to change my eating habits, and the fact I don't have to give up favorites to lose weight. I love how they give recipes to mimic favorite foods, but are better for the waistline. I love the supplements, the food on their site, and I love the price.

At first I was hesitant when I saw the initial cost. But then I thought back to the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I've poured into other programs. This one is cheap compared to them. I've seen more results in two weeks on this program, than ten years on other programs/diets combined. You have all the tools to losing weight and keeping it off at your disposal for the rest of your life with only a single, one time cost. Priceless.

I have been on the program since October. So far I have lost 33 lbs and 36 inches! I feel the best I have felt in a long time!I lost weight with weightwatcher" in the past but got stuck. I now know that certain foods are not good for me or my waistline!

I have been on MAB for 4 weeks and have lost 17 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. I was reluctant to join about a year ago because of the expense. I so wish I had just done it then. I have been on so many other weight loss diets like weight watchers etc. If you add up what you spend in a year going to the meetings MAB is so much cheaper and you get an amazing coach that helps you along the way. SO if the price is what is stopping you think about how great you will feel when you stop wasting money and get the results you deserve with MAB!!!!!!

Hello! My name is Maria Gilbert and I started on my healthy journey with MAB on 12/4/2012. I had reached my ultimate bottom with my weight and health. I had reached my lowest of lows. I would easily be out of breath, I perspired a lot and I was uncomfortable bending over. I had tried every diet, weight loss plan imaginable. I had been seeing one of my friends in our kids school yard and we would chat about how we wanted to lose weight and feel better. She told me she had started on the MAB journey and had lost 11 Lbs the first week. She said the program was so easy to follow. I was intrigued , for sure! She suggested I call her coach and she would answer any questions Imay have. She said her name is Amanda and she's awesome!! I called her the next day and I immediately liked her because she's positive, outgoing and friendly, like me! The very next day after we spoke, we talked again and she asked if I wanted to get healthy and join MAB. I was ready and said yes! She walked me through the only process. It was so easy! In a few short days my package arrived. The very next day, on Dec4, my journey began. I am very happy to report that I have lost 15 lbs. and 5 inches from my waistline! I have a newfound hope and energy! I don't perspire,I'm energetic and I love the food and supplement plan! Oh and the fast tracks cookbook from Ashley's kitchen has the most delicious, easy to prepare recipes! I was setting on my computer, with a huge bag of chips, complaining about my weight, when I saw my prior sister in law had lost a bunch of weight and she said it was simple and it worked. I reached out to her and she put me in touch with Julie. Julie was supportive and encouraging, although I have never met her face to face she has been critical in changing my life. I started my journey at 251 pounds when my size 24 pants were getting tight. I didn’t dare wear jeans because they had become uncomfortable so I always wore stretch pants. A year and a half later I am down to a lose size 14 pants and although – due to my own issues – I have fallen off the wagon a few times MAB makes it easy to jump back on and refocus. I’m grateful to say that I am now at a size 14 and going down! April Nichols

I've been on Mend-A-Body for 11 months now and feel great! I've lost 20 lbs but more importantly, I've kept the weight off :) I've tried other diet programs in past years such as WW, Jenny Craig, etc. None of these programs has coached me to change my lifestyle and my eating habits the way that MAB has. The support among the coaches and the clients is AMAZING! We share recipes and other tips to help & support each other on a daily basis. You are never left without support.
I am NOT done with my weight loss journey as I hope to lose another 10-15 lbs. I've dropped over 12 inches total from my arms to my thighs and in between. My BP is lower and my bad cholestrol has dropped also. Thank you Mend-A-Body for helping me realize a new and healthier way to live!

I have always struggled with weight. I have tried everything from weight watchers, 17 day diet, south beach, counting calories, but I have never receved the results and benefits from any other diet than I have received on MAB. In 6 weeks I have lost 20 lbs. I have more energy, I am not bloated, and I feel great. Thank you Mend A Body!!

Mend A Body is the best diet I have ever been on. 8 months down 80 lbs. I have never lost that much weight on any diet I have tried. I would have given up by now with boredom. My doctor is also weening me off of my blood pressure pills! I am so excited, no more pills and I feel so much better.
My coach is awesome, always posting new recipes and giving me ideas of different food to eat. She is always just a text away. I just love Mend A Body, can you tell?

After several attempts on numerous weight loss plans, I finally found "the one". Sure, I've lost weight before, but it would find me again and bring friends with it! Mend A Body Solutions has taught me how to make better choices, and not feel deprived at all. In addition to the weight loss, I was able to get off my blood pressure medication within 3 weeks of being on the program! The all around results are just amazing. Not only did I lose 40 pounds after joining Mend-A-Body, It taught me that eating healthy doesn't mean restricting yourself! I now have the knowledge and power to find healthy alternatives to stay satisfied.
