+Today is Day 30 and I have lost 20.6 pounds. I LOVE this product. I normally have high blood pressure and in one month it was now considered low so I needed to lower my dose of blood pressure medication. I also suffer from an extremely under active thyroid and losing weight seemed impossible. Of course anyone coming off this plan should not go back to their previous normal eating habits because it will result in gaining all of your weight back. I plan on doing a sensible diet afterwards and feel very optimistic. I have suffered from severe sinus headaches for years and haven't had one since starting this diet. I also have many stomach issues and again none since starting. It's amazing when you see what certain foods do to your body.

+This program works. It is not JUST the Drops. It has various other components to help with energy. carb cravings, sleeping at nite. ect I have personally when from 330 pounds to 295 in 6 weeks. ?Does it stay off without any OMNI products? I am currently doing OMNI. So far it has been great, but did some digging yesterday (which I admit I should have done more before hand) and started to question if I should continue or not. Does the weight really stay off after you finish if you continue to eat decent? I haven't been doing exactly 500 calories a day, I usually do a bit more and still lose some. I just don't want to do all this work come off of it and it all come back plus more even if I do continue to monitor my calories on MFP. I also don't want to always have to have an "omni" product in my body. I want to do my rounds and be done with it.
