Vydox Ingredients and Side Effects
Vydox does list the active ingredients on their official webpage, complete with a description of what each item is meant to do to provide the advertised benefits. The Vydox site does not list an official product label.
L-Arginine |
Epimedium |
Muira Puama |
Ginseng |
Yohimbe Bark Extract |
Bioperine |
Gingko Biloba |
Damiana |
Yohimbe Bark Extract: Made from the bark of a West African evergreen tree, yohimbe has long been used for its stimulant effects to improve energy and athletic performance, as well as an aphrodisiac.
- Side effects may include nausea, vomiting, nervousness, insomnia, tachycardia, increased heart rate, headaches and diarrhea.
- Additionally, yohimbe may cause heart attack or kidney failure, and in rarer instances, even death.
Epimedium: An herb used in traditional Chinese medicine for generations, epimedium is used to increase sexual arousal with use, and is thought to act as a natural PDE-5 inhibitor, improving sexual function and allowing for longer lasting erections.
- Side effects may include an increased heart rate, stomach pain, dry mouth, diarrhea or vomiting.
People with cardiovascular problems are advised to avoid using epimedium.
Muira Puama: An herbal ingredient used to both treat and prevent sexual disorders like erectile dysfunction, low libido and more.
Damiana: An herb grown in Mexico and Central America, damiana is used to treat headaches, depression and constipation, and can also be used to increase sexual appetite. In some cases, people use damiana to become slightly intoxicated.
- Side effects may include symptoms that mimic those associated with strychnine poisoning, like convulsions.
Bioperine: A patented black pepper extract, bioperine is used to help the body absorb the ingredients used in the formulation to their fullest extent—ideally, this means a smaller dose goes a longer way.
Gingko Biloba: A large tree that grows throughout Asia, gingko biloba is used to prevent memory loss, boost cognitive function and improve symptoms of depression. Gingko is also thought to help treat erectile dysfunction and other performance issues.
Ginseng: A traditional remedy used to boost immunity, improve mood and cognitive function, ginseng may help boost libido and treat erectile dysfunction.

Vydox Quality of Ingredients
While most of the ingredients in Vydox don’t stray too far from the formula in many similar products, it’s hard to ignore the sheer volume of negative reviews (more on that below), associated with this product.
While this product markets itself as an “L-arginine supplement,” it sure seems to heavily rely on yohimbe as a key ingredient, and may contain more than competing products that also use the ingredient, as the reviews suggest many people experienced dizziness, nausea and heart palpitations, sometimes lasting more than 24 hours.
Based on this information, it’s not clear if Vydox consistently delivers erectile function, or not, but the risk of adverse effects makes us wary of this product.

The Price and Quality of Vydox
Vydox is sold on an official product page, but it does not advertise the price, instead prompting customers to make a selection and check out before evaluating the cost.
This product is also featured on a website called vydoxfreetrial.net, which gives customers a sample in exchange for their information, only to charge them before the trial ends.
Nowhere on either of these platforms does the seller let the buyer know how much they’ll be charged.
Consumers can also buy Vydox on Amazon, which may be the best bet for potential buyers.

Business of Vydox
The company behind Vydox is called Premium Nutraceuticals, LLC. Here is their contact information, as per the product website:
Phone: 1-866-270-5693
Address: 4820 Technology Drive
Martinez, GA 30907
Vydox has both an official website, as well as one dedicated to the sole purpose of offering a free trial to consumers. The primary website is unprofessional looking and positions this product as one that uses L-arginine as its main ingredient, rather than the long list detailed on the label.
The site does offer some information about each ingredient on a separate page, and cites clinical studies when applicable. Unfortunately, Premium Nutraceuticals does not provide information about the potential side effects of this product, particularly where yohimbe is concerned.
Strangely, this product is endorsed by golfer Brian Gay, who has opted to use this platform as a means to talk about men’s health issues.
According to the Better Business Bureau, Premium Nutraceuticals has received a B+ rating with the organization, despite having 361 registered complaints. As with a number of male enhancement products, Vydox charges consumers a 4.95 shipping fee to receive a sample in the male, and from there automatically enrolls them in an autopay program.
Customer Opinions of Vydox
There were a lot of negative comments regarding Vydox. Aside from issues with the way this company runs its business, many people felt this product produced some side effects that were dangerous or extremely uncomfortable, most likely due to the presence of yohimbe.
“This product is dangerous, and I felt the effects were comparable to taking a psychedelic drug. I don’t know if it was the yohimbe or something else, but I was anxious, restless and all around uncomfortable for days.”
“This product contains yohimbe hydroclorox, a product I thought was supposed to require a prescription for use. I felt so sick, the last thing I wanted to do was have sex, which clearly defeats the purpose.”
“This was pure garbage. I took this product as directed and immediately became sick. In addition to the nausea and diarrhea (yeah, sexy, right), this made me agitated. Do not recommend.”
“I liked this product, I must be one of the lucky few who can handle yohimbe. Sure, my penis didn’t get any bigger, but I was able to get harder erections and my libido was much improved.”
Based on the customer reviews, as well as the fact that 60% of the feedback was negative on Amazon, we recommend looking elsewhere for something other than Vydox. Enough consumers experienced negative side effects that suggested this is not a rare occurance.

Conclusion – Does Vydox Work?
Upon evaluating Vydox, it’s clear that there are better options out there for treating erectile dysfunction.
In terms of touting its status as a natural product, the markers of Vydox have failed to mention that this product poses risks as dangerous, if not more so, than the prescription PDE-5 inhibitors they are aiming to replace. At least in the case of prescription medication, the user is ideally taking an approved drug under the care of a physician.
May users reported feeling ill, with effects like nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, as well as some more troubling issues like heart palpitations lasting for days, and even hallucinations. Even among those who did not report any negative effects, the reviews were not great—most mentioned the product just didn’t work.
Beyond any issues concerning the formula or efficacy, Vydox is very difficult to find for sale, and the question of whether or not this product is still in production is left unanswered. While you can find this supplement available on a handful of small online shops, there are no reputable retailers that carry Vydox.
Finally, this company is engaging in business practices that are less than ethical. Premium Nutraceuticals does not list the price of the product visibly on the official webpage, and has set up an additional website to solicit automatic payments from unwitting participants who think they’ve signed up for a free trial. We were only able to find a price on Amazon.
