NeuroGum Ingredients and Side Effects

Ingredients:

Caffeine L-Theanine Vitamin B6 Vitamin B12

Caffeine: Common stimulant that stimulates the central nervous system to aid alertness, focus, and can raise energy levels. This is found naturally in beverages like teas, coffee, and much more.

Each piece of NeuroGum provides a total of 40 mg per serving. Excess caffeine can potentially lead to symptoms such as:

  • Headaches, anxiety, and rapid heart rate.
  • Nausea, vomiting, and stomach pains.
  • Inability to relax, irritability, and mood swings.

Certain people are more sensitive to caffeine, and when mixing NeuroGum with other simulants, it’s important to intake it slowly as to not increase the risk for unwanted symptoms. The intention of this gum is to provide fast acting results, which may be difficult to control if one is not cautious in selecting the right amount.

L-Theanine: Amino acid that can help treat high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s symptoms, and anxiety. This is found naturally in green tea, and can help support nerve signals in the brain.

Shown to be safe when used in the short term, long term use is less studied.

Vitamin B6: Important vitamin that helps regulate energy, blood flow, and memory. It can help keep the nervous system healthy, and is also beneficial for immune health. This can lead to numerous symptoms if one is deficient.

Also found in foods that include meats, avocado, beans, sesame seeds, certain grains, and much more.

Vitamin B12: Water soluble vitamin also known as cobalamin. This is helpful for maintain neurological health, and for supporting the growth of red blood cells. It is available in things like meat, eggs, fortified grains, cheese, and other foods.

Vegans will often be deficient in this, which requires supplementation otherwise symptoms like anemia, low energy, fatigue, and other side effects are possible.

Vitamin B12 can also be used to treat memory issues, mood, and help support mental function. Sometimes used for those who are suffering from Alzheimer’s. Discover solutions which can aid memory and focus by clicking this link.

NeuroGum Quality of Ingredients

No full ingredients list is available, and it’s still unknown what kind of sweetener is used. Vitamin B12 and B6 are healthy, but they are found naturally in many foods. This can easily be replaced, which leaves L-Theanine and caffeine.

L-Theanine is good to use, but it’s limited in its effects. The reason why caffeine is added is to better mix with L-Theanine. Caffeine is a prominent stimulant that is limited in its use, as it needs to be cycled with repeat use. It is not a long lasting ingredient, as the body will create a tolerance to reduce its abilities.

While there isn’t a substantial amount of caffeine used, there still needs to be caution to avoid taking it late in the day. This may disturb sleep and it can raise the risk for side effects. Gain access to a complete top ranked list of the most effective nootropics by clicking here.

NeuroGum Price and Quality of NeuroGum

Prices can vary on the specific amounts chosen:

  • 6 pack (9 pieces each pack): $19.50
  • 12 pack (9 pieces each pack): $39.00

So for $39 you get 108 pieces of gum, and for $19.50 you receive half at 54 pieces. Each piece of gum is equal to about 40 mg of caffeine, which if you chew 3 pieces is roughly the same amount as a cup of coffee. This can be broken down to just over a quarter per piece of gum.

As mentioned before eating a wholesome diet can provide enough b vitamins. The added caffeine is not long lasting and can be found cheaper in other foods. L-Theanine for example is found in green tea, which also has moderate levels of caffeine.

Customer Opinions of NeuroGum

Featured below are select reviews found online:

“really vague flavor wish it was better… also didn’t see any changes”

“flavor lasts long, has a good flavor and texture”

“helped me in my endurance runs… gave me a boost when I needed it”

“made me more alert after 10 minutes it went away. Flavor and effects don’t last very long”

There were mixed reviews about this gum. Often people said they liked the flavor, and that it did provide a noticeable increase in energy quickly. The main issue people had was that the energy was not long lasting. For some it only affected them for a few minutes, many said it did not last anywhere near an hour.

The main issue with this was that one has to keep chewing a lot of gum to sustain the effects. Click the link to be redirected to our expert reviewed list of the best nootropics of the year.

Conclusion – Does NeuroGum Work?

Any amount of caffeine will likely result in some effects, and the added amino acid and b vitamins are healthy. The problem is that this is not likely to be comprehensive enough. Many people who took it said it only provided very short lasting effects. For many it was not comprehensive enough to ensure real benefits. Some also experienced bad side effects, and others added it did not do much.

Jeannie says:

Neuro Gum serious dissapointment. Contains Sucralose an artificial sweetener causing me same neg.

symptoms as other chemical sweetners the FDA claims safe….. I used this on busy day couldnt get to coffee and shared it with other people who also saw NO boost at all. I used 1pk of 9pieces in few hrs, desperate for some energy instead resulting in fatigue, edema and other symptoms. I chose this brand based on description “Aspartame FREE” believing it was dangerous chemical free – NOT so. I know there will be a class action suit someday after enough proof to combat greed and governments narrow focus in bad economy but i’ll probably be dead by then.

I enjoy it
