What is it?

Inteligen is a brain enhancement supplement designed to help users enhance their productivity. The makers of this product claim this supplement helps users stay on task and retain information, as well as support mental health with regular use.

Inteligen is marketed as an over-the-counter alternative to medicines like Adderall, aimed at helping those with learning disability or problems with staying focused. Additionally, the Inteligen website claims this product can increase intelligence and improve overall potential.

We’ve discovered that Memotenz delivers the widest range of cognitive benefits through a safe and effective herbal formula containing ingredients like bacopa monnieri, St. John’s Wort, gingko biloba and more. Inteligen Ingredients and Side Effects

The Inteligen website has provided a list of ingredients used to make this product. Here’s a quick glimpse as to what you can expect to find within the formulation:

Gingko Biloba Vinpocetine
L-Carnitine Bacopa Monnieri

Gingko Biloba: Gingko biloba has been used for thousands of years to improve thinking and sharpen memory. It also boosts blood flow to the brain, causing these cognitive benefits. Gingko is also thought to help reduce the onset of Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Vinpocetine: A man-made chemical used to improve blood flow to the brain, enhance memory, and prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s symptoms, vinpocetine is thought to help people retain their cognitive skills as they age. It is also used to treat and prevent stokes.

  • Side effects may include headache, dizziness, nervousness, facial flushing and trouble sleeping.

L-Carnitine: An amino acid naturally occurring in the body, this ingredient is used mostly for improving conditions related to the cardiovascular and circulatory systems. It may also improve the condition of users with ADHD, fatigue and enhance athletic performance with use.

  • Side effects may include a fishy odor on the sweat, urine and breath, dizziness, heartburn, upset stomach, vomiting and seizures.

Inteligen Quality of Ingredients

We liked that the formula used to make Inteligen consists of all natural ingredients, which makes this appealing to a number of consumers who aren’t crazy about the artificial formulations of many nootropics supplements on the market today.

Ingredients like bacopa monnieri have long been used as a brain tonic, to support cognition, mental energy, as well as the ability to retain information. That being said, we don’t know if this information is accurate, or up-to-date.

We don’t have a lot of information about the contents of Inteligen, nor were we able to find much anecdotal evidence that this product is effective at all.

The Price and Quality of Inteligen

Inteligen is sold on Amazon for $69.99 for a bottle containing 30 capsules. Aside from Amazon, it’s unclear how else users can purchase this product. There are a few Inteligen sites circulating on the web, but they don’t offer traditional methods of placing an order.

The websites we found contained language, like “rush my order” or “claim your bottle” versus a typical shopping cart experience. None of the sites we found offered pricing information, or information about the ingredients. It seems these sites exist exclusively to lock consumers into a monthly billing cycle, or to get their information to distribute marketing materials.

Based on the information we have, it’s hard to make any judgement on whether Inteligen is a good product or not, but any website that tries to get sales in this roundabout manner clearly has an agenda beyond selling product.

Business of Inteligen

While looking further at Inteligen, we’ve found we were unable to locate the company who actually makes this product. There do however, appear to be a number of red flags associated with this product and the mysterious company behind it.

There’s a lot of information making its way around the internet suggesting that Inteligen is a scam. An article on the Supplement Police webpage had several comments from people who had ordered the supplement and claimed it never showed up, or that they were charged for unauthorized purchases.

Additionally, there are several articles that mention the people behind Inteligen are making false claims that this product can boost users’ IQs a certain amount, or that this product has been endorsed by several celebrities. They’ve also created a false Forbes article that made its rounds on social media channels.

One of the sites set up by whomever is responsible for this products has a call-to-action listed that says “rush my order,” which links to another product with the same design. This other product is known as GenBrain, and seems to advertise the same benefits as Inteligen.

While it appears there may be some sort of scam behind the scenes here, Inteligen is available for sale on Amazon. They are running low in stock, but there’s evidence people did receive the product.

Based on the above information, we strongly advise looking for a different product to boost cognition. There are simply too many issues associated with this product for it to be a viable solution.

Customer Opinions of Inteligen

There weren’t too many reviews available for Inteligen though there were a few suggesting this product delivers mixed results. Most of the comments we were able to find mentioned that the pills never arrived, though that speaks more to the quality of the company than the product itself. Here’s a look at the information we were able to find:

“I did actually get something in the mail, unlike many others who shared their reviews. Unfortunately, this may well be made from wood shavings or something, this product simply doesn’t work.”

“Had to wait a very long time for pills to come. Initially, the rep I spoke with said they were “resending” the pills. When they finally arrived, I took as directed with no results. Total scam.”

“No changes after using. I’ll probably just go back to taking plain old gingko.”

Most of the user comments we found were in reference to the fact that they believed it was a scam, but there were a few that did get to try the product. Unfortunately, there was no evidence suggesting that anyone had a good experience with this product, and it’s likely the formula is not accurate, or only contains a minimal amount of each active ingredient.

Based on the reviews we read about this product, along with the information we found about this company, we’d suggest looking elsewhere for a brain boosting supplement with a better reputation than Inteligen.

Conclusion – Does Inteligen Work?

After reviewing the full scope of available information about Inteligen and the company responsible for this product, it’s clear that there are many other options that better cater to the target demographic than this.

Not only were we unable to find out any information as to who makes this product, it seems that whomever is behind this is actively trying to deceive people by creating fake articles and endorsement to be shared on social media in hopes people will offer their contact information.

In one comment we found, a woman mentioned she found this product after Inteligen hacked a friend’s Skype account. Additionally, there is no clear way to purchase this product through the official website, and no pricing. There’s only a form asking users to share their contact information in exchange for a free bottle of the product.

Aside from the horrendous business practices we learned about, there were no positive reviews from people who were able to get their hands on this product, all claimed they saw no change (good or bad) after using as directed.

With all that in mind, we strongly advise those looking for a way to boost cognition, memory or increase their productivity look for a different product. It’s clear the company behind Inteligen is not looking out for the best interests of consumers and likely doesn’t work very well at all. Should you feel as though you’re experiencing severe difficulties focusing or retaining information, it’s wise to talk to your doctor rather than trying something you found on social media.
