OxySleep is powder sleep aid, fat burner, and growth hormone release that is formulated to allow the body to achieve REM deep sleep. In addition to quality sleep, the product also states that it can burn fat as you rest, and help to build lean muscle, while also regulating your sleep and wake cycles.

The product is sold in jars containing 40 servings of flavored powder. One scoop of the powder is supposed to be mixed with a glass of cold water and consumed about 15 minutes prior to going to bed.

Despite hundreds of other options, Fenotrex has been identified as the top sleep aid on the market currently. It achieved this designation after a group of review experts evaluated the formula and consumer reviews and found that both outperformed all other sleep aids that are available now. OxySleep Ingredients and Side Effects

The website for the product provides a full list of ingredients, along with some specific dosage information, but unfortunately does not provide a nutritional facts label or any sort of specific explanation as to how each ingredient is supposed to function within the body. The ingredients are broken up into three different categories, one for sleep, one for fat loss, and one for growth hormone release. The category for sleep is by far the strongest in terms of dosage, but it is a proprietary blend so the dosage for each ingredient is not revealed.

Here are all the active ingredients within OxySleep:

ZMA Chamomile Green Tea Extract African Wild Mango Alpha HICA
L-Phenylalanine Valerian Root Extract Conjugated Linoleic Acid Chromium Polynicotinate
5-HTP Theanine Raspberry Ketones Phenibut

5-HTP: Extracted from an African plant named Griffonia simplicifolia, it is used primarily for treating sleep disorders like insomnia, as well as anxiety, depression, obesity, ADHD, seizures, and migraines. The ingredient works by increasing the production of serotonin in the brain and nervous system, which can have a profound effect upon sleep, mood, and sexual behavior. Unfortunately, there are some potential side effects that are associated with taking the ingredient, including:

  • Heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, and sexual problems

Chamomile: An herb that is derived from a flower and used to make medicine. It can be used to treat a variety of disorders, including intestinal gas, ADHD, diarrhea, restlessness, and trouble sleeping. It contains chemicals that can promote relaxation, as well as reduce swelling or inflammation in some users. By reducing anxiety, it helps many users relax their brain prior to going to sleep.

Valerian Root Extract: An herb that is mostly used for treating sleep disorder, particularly for those who suffer from insomnia. The supplement functions as a sedative for the brain as well as the nervous system, which reduces anxiety and stress, making it an effective treatment for those who cannot get to sleep because they can’t shut their brain off. Additionally, it can be used to treat issues such as depression, fear, excitability, and hypochondria.

OxySleep Quality of Ingredients

In terms of sleep quality, the ingredients that are utilized by the product are generally solid in supplying relief against sleeplessness, such as 5-HTP, chamomile, and valerian root, but beyond that there are some questions about possible side effects. Specifically, while 5-HTP is effective, it also has the possibility of creating some negative effects such as nausea and upset stomach. It is also unknown, the specific dosages of each ingredient.

The other ingredients that are included in the product are focused on burning away fat and releasing growth hormone in order to develop lean muscle while the body rests. Those ingredients don’t do anything to benefit the quality of sleep the user is experiencing and can potentially cause other negative side effects, such as diarrhea or in some cases there simply isn’t enough information to know whether the ingredients are safe or not.

The Price and Quality of OxySleep

The product is only available for purchase in Australia and New Zealand according to the website, though strangely they list the price in US dollars. A jar containing 40 servings costs $49.95 plus shipping and handling, which could be costly for those ordering outside of Australia. The site also provides a search for all the retail stores that sell the product, but they are all located in Australia as well.

If you’re looking to burn fat and build lean muscle as you sleep, this product may be worth the effort of tracking down, but otherwise it is difficult to see why it would be worth the effort for the average consumer who is just looking to improve their sleep. Particularly given that the sleep related ingredients that are used by the product are widely available in more easily attainable products within the United States. Additionally, the price is somewhat exorbitant particularly if it is being used just for a sleep aid, there are several cheaper options available.

Business of OxySleep

OxySleep is manufactured and sold by an Australian bodybuilding supplement company by the name of EHPLabs.

Here is the contact information we could find for the company online:

Address: No physical address is provided.

Email: No email address is provided, but there is a page through which questions can be submitted electronically.

The company does not maintain a page with the Better Business Bureau. In 2022 they were sued along with bikini model Ashley Kaltwasser for allegedly breaching an existing contract Kaltwasser had under a different health and wellness company.

Customer Opinions of OxySleep

As the product is only available through the manufacturer’s website and retail locations in Australia, objective reviews of the product were unfortunately not able to be located. For a product that aims to accomplish as much as OxySleep does, it is important to get consumer feedback to find out if it is effective and safe or comfortable to use. Usually products will at least provide positive testimonials, but this doesn’t even provide those as there is no reaction to the product that is provided at all, which does not inspire much confidence.

Conclusion – Does OxySleep Work?

OxySleep promises a lot of benefits in addition to just improved sleep quality, such as the burning of fat and building of lean muscle mass, all while the user sleeps peacefully. That sounds great if true, but unfortunately there isn’t any consumer feedback or objective reviews regarding the product’s effectiveness to back up its claims. Furthermore, the product website states that it is only sold in Australia and New Zealand, which obviously excludes a large part of the world. It may be possible to get your hands on it if you live outside of Australia and New Zealand, but it would seem to take a considerable amount of effort.

Speaking strictly from a sleep standpoint, the product uses ingredients that could potentially be effective but are not particularly unique when compared to other sleep aids. In fact, the ingredients are commonly used among easily accessible sleep supplements and don’t feature the same potential for negative side effects as OxySleep does. Additionally, the price of OxySleep is far higher than the average sleep aid on the market currently.

Overall, the market for OxySleep seems extremely small given its location limitations and the benefits that it aims to provide. It seems the product is for bodybuilders who have trouble sleeping but also want to improve their physique as they sleep. Meanwhile most people who suffer from chronic sleeplessness or insomnia simply want to build quality sleep patterns and achieve restful sleep consistently, and there are a variety of products on the market now that allow them to do so without having to pay an exorbitant amount or order from a country across the world.

Right now, the top-rated sleep aid on the market is Fenotrex, due in large part to the consistently positive reviews it has received from consumers, and a potent formula that can deliver results. When used as directed, the benefits it can provide include falling asleep faster, resting more peacefully, and waking up with more energy to use during the day.

All the active ingredients within Fenotrex have been tested by individual third-parties who have found them to be both effective is battling sleeplessness and generally safe to user. Additionally, the product is produced in a GMP-certified facility. Just follow this link to find out more about how Fenotrex can benefit you.

Opposite result for me, didn’t manage to get some sleep after 15min like promised on the package. Not too sure if it’s because cause I shot it with normal temp water?instead of mixing with cold water.
