Bach Rescue Sleep Spray Quality of Ingredients

The formula of ingredients within Bach Rescue Sleep Spray are definitely unique, as most of them are not used in any other sleep aid currently on the market. That said, a common theme among the ingredients is the distinct lack of information available regarding their effectiveness and safety. Some of the ingredients, such as white chestnut and clematis are known to be very dangerous when fresh, and the contain possible side effects even when dried or diluted.

Furthermore, for several of the ingredients, it seems that there is no direct connection to sleep health, and rather they are more often utilized for issues such as fluid retention and arthritis. The Price and Quality of Bach Rescue Sleep Spray

Through the product website, a 20mL spray bottle of Rescue Sleep is currently being sold for $21.50 plus shipping and handling. Each bottle should last approximately one month, so this price is relatively competitive when compared to other sleep aids on the market, though not necessarily cheap. There does not appear to be any sort of money back guarantee, so if it is purchased and found to be ineffective it may just be a sunk cost to the user.

In terms of quality it is a bit of mystery and difficult to compare to most other sleep aids because of the unfamiliar ingredients that it uses. As stated previously, most of the active ingredients are currently in a stage in which they have not been adequately researched and their effectiveness is still very much questionable. Additionally, users may run the risk of experiencing negative side effects as many of the ingredients are known to be unsafe when fresh and need to be properly diluted or dried in order for them to be made safe for ingestion.

Conclusion – Does Bach Rescue Sleep Spray Work?

Overall, Bach Rescue Sleep Spray takes a unique approach to sleep health, but it desperately needs more clinical research performed before we would feel comfortable recommending it. The ingredients that are used will be unfamiliar to most potential consumers and our research suggests that some of the ingredients have the potential for serious negative side effects.

Furthermore, the effectiveness of the product is unclear as well. There are a couple hundred consumer reviews that are posted online, and while some of them suggest that it is effective, others have stated that it does nothing for them. Worse, there has been some suggestion that the product could have a negative effect on the user’s heart, and lead to heart palpitations or long-term damage. Additionally, there were complaints about the alcohol that is included within the spray, which makes it unsuitable for younger users, and can leave a bad aftertaste the mouth of the user.

We would recommend that consumers search out and use a sleep aid that uses ingredients that have significant clinical research to support them and provide more transparency regarding the formula that it uses.

As it stands, the top-ranked sleep aid on the market right now is Fenotrex, due in large part to the extremely positive reviews and reactions that it has received from consumers who have used it, as well as a formula that features a bevy of effective ingredients. When used as directed, the product can help users to fall asleep faster, sleep more peacefully, and have more energy during the day.

All the active ingredients within Fenotrex have been studied by independent third-parties for their safety and effectiveness. Additionally, the product is produced in a GMP-certified facility. To learn more about Fenotrex and how it can benefit you, simply click here.
