What is it?

Ace Diet Pills are a weight loss pills made with a synergistic blend of ingredients for well-rounded results. It claims to have been formulated after years of research.

There are clinically proven ingredients added to “help every person achieve their health goals”.  The intended benefits include improved energy and mood, more mental focus, relieved fatigue, and anxiotidant support. So are Ace Diet Pills truly an effective solution for weight loss? What kinds of effects have customers experienced? In this review you’ll learn what this brand has to offer.

Ace Diet Pills Ingredients and Side Effects

Here are the ingredients to their Saba Ace brand, though the company fails to list the exact amounts of each ingredient:

Vitamin D Thiamine Riboflavin Niacin Vitamin B6
Vitamin B12 Folic Acid Pantothenic Acid Chromium Caffeine
Green Tea Leaf Extract (70% EGCG) African Wild Mango Seed Extract Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract White Kidney Bean Extract

Caffeine: Common stimulant that raises energy, mental capacity, and metabolism. There’s a total of 360 mg of caffeine per daily serving in Saba Ace. It’s advised to get a maximum of 400 mg of caffeine to avoid excess caffeine, according to health organizations.

Caffeine is not considered an effective long-term use ingredient due to its limitations. Examine.com mentions:

“Habitual caffeine use leads to tolerance, which dulls several of caffeine’s effects”

When using this ingredient repeatedly, the only thing a person will experience is sleep loss. Taking more caffeine is not advised, as this can make the possibility for symptoms more likely.

Caffeine may also create side effects that include:

  • Insomnia, restlessness, and fatigue.
  • Muscle spasms, twitches, and rapid eye movements.
  • Jitters, rapid heart rate, and agitation.
  • Stroke, heart attack, and high blood pressure.

When mixed alongside other stimulants, it can multiply the overall effects. That’s why it’s often advised to carefully watch for any other added ingredients that shares similar effects.

Green Tea Leaf Extract (70% EGCG): Antioxidant rich tea that also has caffeine in it. In supplement form, there have been issues of people experiencing terrible side effects. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health adds:

“There have been some case reports of liver problems in people taking concentrated green tea extracts”

The same group has also looked into the claims made about its weight loss benefits:

“There are not enough reliable data to determine whether green tea can aid in weight loss”

The only proven benefit of green tea extract in trms if weught loss is due to the caffeine, which as mentioned in the “Caffeine” description, is limited. This ingredient may also promote side effects that range from:

  • Ringing in the ears and headache.
  • Twitchers, jitters, and muscle spasms.
  • Rapid heart rate, anxiety, and high blood pressure.

Antioxidants from the tea are good, but due to the extract nature, it may potentially cause side effects.

Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract: Plant found in parts of Europe and Asia. It has many claimed benefits, however, Web MD mentions:

“Rhodiola is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether or not it is effective”

There also have been issues with the manufacturing process, Examine.com reports:

“some commercial Rhodiola products may be diluted or otherwise adulterated”

Therefore, use of this ingredient is questionable.

White Kidney Bean Extract: A blocker of dietary carbohydrates. It helps to reduce the carbohydrates supplied for in a meal.

Ace Diet Pills Quality of Ingredients

Ace Diet PillsThis brand has 9 vitamins and minerals added which can be substituted via whole foods.

The other ingredients are either understudied,  not proven to be effective long-term, or cheaper elsewhere. The only 2 useful ingredients are white kidney bean extract and African wild mango seed extract.

Caffeine needs to be cycled, and it can be found in cheaper forms either via coffee or tea. Green tea leaf extract has not been proven to be effective for weight loss, and it can potentially cause side effects. Rhodiola rosea root extract also lacks any studies which show it to be effective for anything. It’s also often diluted as well, and there have been issues in the past with its manufacturing process.

The overall quality of this supplement is lacking, and due to the high amount of caffeine, needs to be taken with consideration.

The Price and Quality of Ace Diet Pills

A full one month’s supply sells for $60 via the manufacturer’s website.

The vitamins and minerals, green tea leaf, and caffeine can easily be found in cheaper forms in whole foods.

Only rhodiola, African mango seed extract, and white kidney bean extract would be harder to source. Rhodiola has yet to be proven to be effective for anything.

The entire formula combines far too many unproven or potentially unsafe ingredients to justify the price tag. Since only two of the ingredients have been shown to be unique in its weight loss effects long-term, there aren’t enough additives in this to help show a strong enough weight loss benefit that can’t be replaced with something else.

Business of Ace Diet Pills

The company is owned by AMS Health Sciences, they’re a multilevel marketing company and they can be reached below:

The FDA has sent them two warnings, one of which forced a recall of their brands.

In one letter, the FDA stated:

“we found serious violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act”

The FDA said that the drug violations included claims about their supplements which weren’t proven.  This included several of the company’s supplements.  They took a look at the company’s website, and found that they made many unproven claims about the health benefits.

They also found that the company:

“failed to comply with the Current Good Manufacturing Practice”

“adulterated dietary supplements”

There was also no safe handling of the supplements:

“failed to establish specifications for the identity, purity, strength, and composition of the finished batch of the dietary supplement to ensure the quality”

This can mean that the company knowingly sold batches of supplements which weren’t proven to be effective or safe.  In the manufacturing process for a true GMP certified facility, there has to be accounting for how the ingredients in a supplement are handled. The lack of accountability makes it impossible to know if you’re truly getting the benefits and ingredients stated on the bottle.

A once healthy 35 year old woman who took an appetite control and energy pill from the company had:

“drug-induced fulminant liver failure… likely due to Saba ACE supplement”

This was according to the University of Kentucky who reviewed this case. There also was a voluntary recall in 2024 of a supplement that was contaminated with salmonella.

It’s unknown why there have been multiple cases of the company failing to have quality control maintenance.  No statements have been released to show how the company has changed, and what steps are in place to ensure these kinds of issues won’t happen again.

Customer Opinions of Ace Diet Pills

As with any multilevel marketing company, it’s important to be aware of potentially fake reviews. Employees who sell and market these brands earn a commisision. Here are some verified customer reviews found on Amazon.com:

“does not suppress your appetite nor give you more energy”

“I have the worst heartburn I’ve ever had”

“no more energy, appetite control, or weight loss yet”

“This product does nothing for me”

After reading through all the available reviews, it’s clear that many were disappointed with this supplement. For several users, there was a lack of any noticeable benefit in any form.

No weight loss was a common concern for customers. Even for those who added diet and exercise.

There were also some issues having to do with side effects that include nausea, heartburn, irritability, headaches, and rapid heart rate.
