Pro Vitacare Eye Solution Ingredients and Side Effects

The ingredients in Pro Vitacare Eye Solution are documented on a few different websites, but no official source—we couldn’t find a dedicated website for this eye cream, so keep in mind, the active ingredients below might not be entirely accurate.

With that in mind, here’s a look at the ingredients we believe make this eye cream tick:

Hyaluronic Acid Peptides
Botanical Extracts Glycerin

Hyaluronic Acid: Hyaluronic acid is substance that keeps the skin supple and moisturized. It works to lock in moisture and reduces the appearance of fine lines and dry skin with use.

Peptides: Peptides are small chains of amino acids that, when applied to the skin, help stimulate the production of collagen—improving elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and dark circles.

Botanical Extracts: These are likely present to bring some antioxidants and vitamins to the table. However, we never get to find out which plants are actually used.

Glycerin: Glycerin is used to add moisture to a number of products and give the cream the right viscosity. It may also provide some hydration to the skin.

Pro Vitacare Eye Solution Quality of Ingredients

Pro Vitacare Eye Solution is hard to find anywhere online. The product has been reviewed by a number of blogs, but there’s no clear website dedicated to selling this product, so the ingredient information is relatively limited.

According to a few different review posts, this product contains hyaluronic acid and peptides. The product looks like it has the potential to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and keep skin moisturized and supple with use.

The problem is—we can’t find hardly anything available in terms of an ingredient list, so we don’t know if there are any ingredients that might cause an allergic reaction with use.

See why certain eye creams are definitely worth the splurge. Expert reviews here on our website.

EDITOR’S TIP: Combine this product with a proven eye cream such as Kremovage for better results.

The Price and Quality of Pro Vitacare Eye Solution

Pro Vitacare Eye Solution was available through a free trial offer only, but no longer seems to be available. There are a few websites that have links to “buy” this product, but all links lead to different eye creams designed with the same goal in mind—they supposedly stimulate collagen production and replace Botox—but mostly exist as a way to get people to pay money for a product that likely doesn’t work.

Because this product is no longer available, we don’t know how much it initially was sold for. Most of these products sell for about $80 or $90 on a monthly basis, but we’re not sure if that’s the case for Pro Vitacare.

With all this in mind, we don’t actually know if this product was a good deal. We don’t get the sense that it was formulated by skilled skincare professionals, as the ingredient list was vague and included glycerin as one of the active components in the blend.

Business of Pro Vitacare Eye Solution

Pro Vitacare Eye Solution is made by a company that doesn’t share any details about themselves. After doing some research, we’ve found that this product is associated with a company known as Health Line Marketing.

Address: Health Line Marketing LLC

3201 W Hillsborough Ave STE 1156
Tampa, FL 33684-9001

Phone: 844-368-5732

Health Line Marketing is linked to a number of eye creams with a long list of complaints associated with them. The BBB has issued several warnings about this company and the way that they treat their customers. The business has received an F rating from the organization and an average one-star review from past customers.

Here are some of the comments associate with Health Line:

“I was dumb enough to sign up for a so-called free trial. I’ve been charged for hundreds of dollars-worth of products I did not order, and I’m a senior on a fixed income. This behavior is predatory.”

“I saw an ad that looked like it was put out by Clinique, saying they were giving away products in exchange for shipping. When the box arrived, the label said this was from Health Line, not Clinique.”

“Signed up for this product after seeing a pop-up for free gifts from CVS. All you had to do was pay for shipping. From there, I was charged nearly $100 a month for eye cream I thought was free.”

“Whoever makes this product should be put in jail. It doesn’t work and they are clearly scamming people under different names. Avoid at all costs.”

There are 91 complaints that document the same experience. Health Line has included a form letter response to nearly all of them—basically denying that they have no record of any of these customers—accusing them of lying.

We’re not sure why they feel they can get away with this over the course of 30 bad reviews and 90+ negative comments, but it’s not a good look.

The websites that have written about this product claim that it works to lock in the skin’s natural moisture barrier, stimulate the production of collagen, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, under-eye bags, and dark circles.

How can we expect a blend of peptides, glycerin and hyaluronic acid to accomplish all of these goals? No idea.

In all, we get the impression that this company may have been shut down. Health Line is currently running a long list of free trial schemes—a marketing tactic used to loop people into paying a high monthly fee for a substandard product.

There are hundreds of products that are sold using this business model—likely because if enough people report them, they shut down.

Customer Opinions of Pro Vitacare Eye Solution

Pro Vitacare Eye Solution has very few reviews that document how well this product actually works. There are tons of complaints associated with the company, Health Line Marketing, but most reference their terrible customer service practices rather than how well this worked against crow’s feet or dark circles.

Here are a handful of comments we found in regards to the quality of the product:

“My wife and I tried the $5 sample and we were not at all impressed. The product was watery and it burned my face. After I reported the issue, customer service would not give me a refund.”

“Got this product as part of a “free gift” from Sam’s Club. It was terrible; irritated my skin and didn’t provide any of the benefits listed on the site.”

“This product claims to be featured on Shark Tank. This isn’t at all accurate—it’s a scam product made by a scam company. I don’t believe there are any active elements in this blend. It’s best to avoid this stuff.”

We saw no positive comments from anyone who had bought eye cream from this company. This eye cream appears to contain some ingredients that may cause users to have an allergic reaction.

Conclusion – Does Pro Vitacare Eye Solution Work?

Pro Vitacare Eye Solution might contain a couple of good ingredients, but overall, there’s nothing about this product that makes us believe this is the eye cream worth tracking down to give it a try.

For one—hyaluronic acid and peptides are literally everywhere. As is glycerin, which let’s be real, doesn’t exactly give your skin any meaningful benefits.

Additionally, this product was made by a company that not only does the typical free trial scheme—they also pose as well-known business; Sam’s Club, CVS, Clinique—offering a free gift and failing to disclose the terms of the agreement.

On top of the lackluster formula—and the fact that we don’t know the full extent of what this product is made from—it doesn’t seem like Pro Vitacare Eye Solution is even available any longer.

Based on the YouTube advertisement we found, coupled with a few web entries that outlined the terms, this product was part of one of those free trial scams we see all the time. Chances are, Pro Vitacare Eye Cream is currently being sold under a different name via free trial offer and subsequent monthly payments.

Finally, there are no accounts of people who have tried Pro Vitacare Eye Cream. No reviews, no forums discussing the use of the product, nothing. This product basically doesn’t exist. Sure, there’s the chance that you might be able to track down a bottle or two on eBay, but you’ll likely be getting something that has passed its expiration date.

Kremovage, per our expert-written review, is one of the best eye creams out there. The product aims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles, and more—resulting in a younger, more awake appearance. For more information about Kremovage, visit our website today.
