What is it?

Bisou Cream is an anti-aging cream designed to diminish the visible signs of premature aging.  The treatment promises to target and treat fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven complexions to reveal fresher and more youthful skin.

The cream claims it will deeply hydrate the dermal matrix to replace lost moisture and stimulate the natural synthesis of collagen, which can in turn accentuate skin’s natural firmness.  Bisou Cream is formulated to protect the skin from environmental stress and help prevent future damage.

Our review experts have researched and tested many different products, and have voted Kremotex as the best anti-aging cream.  Made with apple stem cells, shea butter, and other natural ingredients on the cutting edge of anti-aging science, users are hailing this product for its ease of use and drastic results.

Bisou Cream Ingredients and Side Effects

Included among the active ingredients in Bisou Cream:

Key Peptides Vitamin C Powerful Moisturizers

Key Peptides: A blend of proteins that may help firm the facial structure and promote supple skin.

Vitamin C: Also known as Ascorbic Acid, this powerful antioxidant aids in neutralization of free radicals and helps protect against oxidative stress.  It can also enhance the performance of other beneficial ingredients.

Powerful Moisturizers: Though we are not told exactly which moisturizers are included in the formula, moisture loss is one of the biggest causes of premature aging.  Natural humectants and emollients can help increase skin elasticity and suppleness.

These are the only ingredients mentioned on any of the several product pages used to sell the product, though it is not clear which specific peptides or moisturizers are included.  There are several known forms of Vitamin C, but they do not disclose which form is found in their formula.

The lack of information about the ingredients is a huge concern for many reasons.  Consumers want to know:

  • They are paying a fair price for a product.
  • If there are any potentially harmful ingredients included.
  • How ingredients in the product compare to ingredients in other products.

Without a list of ingredients or descriptions about what they do, consumers are unable to make informed decisions.

Additionally, failure to disclose the ingredients is a pretty good indicator that the cream includes objectionable fragrances, preservatives, and other filler.

Bisou Cream Quality of Ingredients

No specific ingredients are listed on the website, which should be a concern to those with allergies, sensitive skin, or anyone interested in the quality of their skin care products and what nutrients they provide.

The formula may contain quality ingredients, but without a list, it is impossible for consumers to determine how it will work for their individual skin type, or if it will address their particular concerns.

There is also no science-backed evidence to prove their specific formulation does what it says it will.  Despite the inclusion of powerful antioxidants and other skin-nourishing nutrients that have been shown to provide benefits for the skin, there is no clinical evidence proving this product works to fight against the signs of aging.

Bisou Cream has supposedly been tested and deemed safe for all skin types, but not all skin types react the same way to certain ingredients.  Before using this or any skin care product, one should always check with a specialist to discuss the possible risks.

The Price and Quality of Bisou Cream

Bisou Cream is very expensive compared to similar products making the same claims.  The product is only available through the trial, and customers must provide a credit card number to pay for shipping.

Once the trial is over after a period of 14 days, the full product cost of $88.97 will be charged to the credit card on file.  Customers are urged to pay attention to the small print to avoid unwanted charges, and the responsibility to cancel is on the customer.

Many customers would have no problem paying $88.97 for a 1-ounce jar if it provided verifiable results, or at the very least, a full list of ingredients to check against their specific concerns.

The company is not very well-known or trusted, however, and many have complained of their inattentive customer service.

Many customers who tried returning products have had considerable trouble, even when adhering exactly to the terms of their strict return policies.

The bottom line is that there is not enough evidence to prove the formula can deliver on all or any of its promises.  Without the ingredient list or a detailed explanation about how their specific formula can help reverse the visual signs of premature aging, there is no way to be sure consumers are getting full value.

Business of Bisou Cream

The business name of Bisou Cream is unknown.  Links to the trial on its several different product pages redirect to entirely different creams, suggesting that many of these creams are the same or similar products marketed by the same parent company.  The contact info provided for the cream is:

Phone: (800) 373-8717

Address: Premium Vitamin C Cream

PO Box 41542

St Petersburg, FL 33743

Email: [email protected]

There are no complaints about Premium Vitamin C Cream to be found online, though there are many complaints against the product itself.

This is possibly because the parent company is marketing an existing product under a new name on a new website because customers started realizing they were being intentionally misled by deceptive marketing practices.  It is a continuous cycle growing more and more common to the practice of unreputable skin care companies.

Many complaints against Bisou Cream stem from tricky marketing tactics, false claims, and unauthorized charges.  Most customers complain, however, that the product just does not work.

There is also no ingredient list available, there are no meaningful details provided about its technology, no customer testimonials, and the same before and after pictures are featured on similar product websites.

The product pages all tout clinically proven ingredients and results, but if this clinical evidence does exist, it is not posted anywhere on their website.  The only things readily offered through their order pages are vague claims and links to secure your trial today before supplies run out.

Customer Opinions of Bisou Cream

All skin care products affect everybody’s skin differently, so until you try it for yourself, you won’t know how it works for you.  Fortunately, there are some online reviews of Bisou Cream available, allowing consumers to make informed decisions.

Reviews are generally negative for the cream.  Many opinions cite their deceptive terms among their biggest disappointments, but most say that the product simply doesn’t work.

“It baffles me that companies are allowed to operate this way.  Their product does not work and they know it, so they rely on deception to sell their products.”

“Quality is easier found in the cheapest drugstore moisturizer.”

“It’s a very sad thing that this company thinks the public is so stupid that they can get away with this.  It’s even more sad that it actually does work.”

“They claim the product is based on years of research.  I’m sure they studied many different marketing techniques before rejecting the honest ones.”

The effectiveness of any skin care product depends on individual skin type, allergies, proper application, and many other contributing factors. Please be aware that results widely vary when researching skin care products based on customer opinions.

Conclusion – Does Bisou Cream Work?

Bisou Cream makes some very big claims, including the ability to make the visible signs of aging vanish without cosmetic surgery and helping users look decades younger in just a few weeks of twice daily use.  The cream purports to be one of the most advanced anti-aging treatments on the market and to use only the highest quality, all-natural ingredients.

There are no ingredients listed, however, or details about how their specific formula can help users slow the visual process of aging.  The only known aspects of their company are their misleading marketing tactics and unhelpful customer service.  Until the company behind Bisou Cream backs their claims with research-backed evidence and ingredient lists, our review experts cannot recommend this product.

Our expert reviewers have analyzed and compared many anti-aging products and found Kremotex to be the best overall.

Its fast-acting ingredients boost collagen production, and essential vitamins and antioxidants promote cell regeneration, reversing the effects of aging and skin damage. Remarkable before and after transformation photos along with glowing testimonials show why Kremotex was voted the best anti-wrinkle cream of 2021.

I recently was on Facebook and saw an ad for Bisou cream. The offer was a FREE SAMPLE for the cost of shipping & handling for 4.99. I received s call from a lady one second after I applied online for the free sample who I hoped was verifying my order. She was very hard to understand. I got the product @ 5 days later. I tried it. It softened my skin but did NOTHING to take away my bags or lines around my eyes. I was very disappointed but decided I’d try it the next day with a fresh face. I patted and rubbed it around my eyes and face on my problem Andreas for @ 10 minutes. Again, no change. I’ve had better luck with Oil of Olay products or Avon ‘ s creams

Tammy says:

I answered a few questions on a website I use. The offer popped up and said it was$2.95 for a free trial. I assumed like everything else I would receive an email confirmation or paperwork when I received the product. As soon as I click accept the entire thing disappeared on the screen. I tried to pull it back up but I was not able to retrieve it. I never received any confirmation and as it happened my credit card statement had no phone number listed to call to cancel until the second and third charges of $95 and$94 appears on my statement

Debbie says:

Canceling my card in the morning! Thank you for the heads up!

Susan Connors says:

I ordered the free trial of both the Bisou face cream and the Bisou eye cream and was only to be charged $3.95 and $2.95 for postage. I was instead charged $94.97 and $95.97 per month since 12/24/2016. I tried to cancel right away but the email did not have a legitimate telephone number to call. The one and only invoice I received was the charges for $3.95 and $2.95.

These creams don’t even moisturize, much less do the stated take care of wrinkles and fine lines, etc.

I finally searched and searched the internet again, and I came up with a good number and called to cancel both products. I still have the emails dated 6/8/2017 stating that they cancelled both accounts and that I would not get sent anymore products or charges. Well they lied, they charged me $95.97 on 7/10/2017 and sent me some more cream. I had to call back to cancel the Bisou Eye, because the guy on telephone did not cancel them both. They were supposed to give me back $95.97 for one face cream and $94.97 for the eye cream. They only gave me $95.97 and since they billed me after I cancelled I did not get one penny back from them.

I called them back today and talked to a woman and told her what happened. She hung up on me after saying something like “It looks like I can’t assist you, so have a good day. I was still talking to her and she talked right over me and hung up. I called again and got a man. He did the same thing to me word for word and hung up. I guess this is the way they keep you from getting your money back.

I will be calling the Better Business Bureau

Kathleen hartley says:

I am so afraid I will be charged. for subsequent cream which I do not want ! PLease help me!

Roger Mosquera says:

My wife was scammed by these guys as well nothing in package that said we had a 14 day trial. We are going to cancel the card and call the 1 800 number (1800-7346826) and complain but I’m sure it will go no where. The face book link said nothing of a 94.97 charge

NAW NAY CHI OO says:

Never buy this this product!!! This company is a scam. I received an email offer saying I have a free gift / free coupon to claim FROM CVS. SO I followed the link and claimed this BISOU AGELESS MOISTURIZER. IT DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT 14 DAYS TRIAL AND ALL IT SAID WAS THIS WAS THE FREE COUPON AND IT WILL COST ME ONLY SHIPPING FEES OF $ 4.97. And after 2 weeks they charged me $94.97. So I just called them today and I want
to returned this product , get my money back. The box has been opened but has never been used. And the agent said she can only cancel future charges and not for this one. The point is how am I supposed to returned or let them know before 14 days if I didn’t see any policy about 14 days trial???? In the bag they mailed didn’t say anything either and I already threw away the bag. This company is just trying to get your money and a thief. Unclear description and make you think like your free sample and then they will charge you. LIARS and THIEF’S that’s what they are.

NAW NAY CHI OO says:

Actually I really think they are using CVS because now I go back and follow that free coupon offer page it no longer works!!! Makes you think like this is a free coupon from CVS which isn’t and just took you to their BISOU page and before you know it you already claimed your free coupon.

Julia Strickland says:

This company is a scam. I answered a survey and they said I would get the cream free just pay shipping. I received the cream and they charged me 94.97 dollars. This is stealing, they stole my information and they should be prosecuted. They are a bunch of stealing low life sob. I hope everyone associated with this shit gets what’s coming to them. I’m really mad and know others will get caught in this stealing. Karma is a real bitch and it’s coming for you.

Jennifer says:

I got this product as I thought was a free present from Amazon that is what Amazon said, I paid postage of $4•95 and since have received further jars with no invoice so I thought that they had made a mistake and sent me another, I was very wrong they have charged me $94 I never looked at my credit card receipt until now I called them and said I wanted to cancell they did everything to try and get me to keep on getting it and they said with the first order that that was a trial and unless I cancelled within 14 days I would be getting more to pay for though no where did it say that on the first product. A WARNING TO ANYONE EVEN THINKING ABOUT GETTING THIS PRODUCT DONT!! THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS AND IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK LARD WOULD WORK JUST AS WELL, AMAZON I am ashamed of you giving away free gifts that have to be paid for.

Mic pahl says:

I am somewhat ashamed to say that I also was scammed by these people. I did the same thing took a survey on Amazon and received a free trial product which I used once never used again and then within within the month they send another order and then I found out that they charge $189 for both I called up to complain and cancelled it and was told that they would refund my money. And so I seen the refund come through on my debit card and figured they had done that but now in fact never removed the first putting in that same 14-day principal that I give up everybody else which was never spoken of or even mentioned in the literature in the original package do not buy from this company they will not give you satisfaction on anything and you will be taken for your money plus you’re releasing your information on your bank card to them for who knows what they might use it for period a company like that would like to sell it on the open market.

Christine snape says:

Yep all this happened to us too !!!! Scammers . It’s so sad that this is allowed to happen .so many dishonest people out there . Ahh well lesson learned we are still fighting the charges .
Good luck every one !

Sharon Hellman says:

I had the same experience as other customers. I tried to get the offer and as soon as I put in my info and clicked on a screen everything disappeared. I tried to call the number to find out what was going on but couldn’t and had no way to cancel. I received 2 samples more than 14 days later (beyond the cancel date) and each charged my Discover card almost $100. Discover backed up the company so I couldn’t receive any refund but I had to tell Discover that if they accepted further charges then I would have to turn the matter over to the Attorney General of our state. The product NEVER worked. DO NOT BUY! I had been with Discover card for more than 25 years with few problems but I charged tens of thousands on materials for building our new house on our Visa card not Discover (paid in full at the end of the month from building loan). I certainly don’t trust Discover EVER and rarely use them anymore.

Ladon says:

Call your bank.. Cancell all future payments. Let them know theres nothing saying its a trial period.. I called company.. They offered me 50 percent back.. No way!! I told them i was calling my bank and reporting them..they refunded me 100%
