Their skin-firming and moisturizing solutions use ingredients like peptides, cetearyl and sorbitan olivate, and Metahylate ®, their own proprietary compound, in order to achieve these claims.

These types of programs typically involve a cancellation fee if you want to opt-out of the program, however the Dermagist website does not mention what their policy is or how much they will charge if you no longer want to continue paying for their products.

If customers are unsatisfied with their products they can return them within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, however they do still have to pay for shipping on the return. Some customers have reported having to pay for an extra order of products after cancellation, but again no official information about ending the auto-enroll programs is available.
