This company is deceptive. I am very disgusted with the way this company does business. They say it’s a 30 day trial but send you a regular size so you have to return what you don’t use within a certain time frame or be charged for the regular size which is $179.00! If you send it back, you must have a special processing number. It is so misleasing! Don’t order!
Beware Buyer!! They are very is honest!! I called and canceled after I received my bank statement saying they charged me $180 instead of the $4.95. I immediately canceled. Now I have received my bank statement yet again I have been charged. The women I spoke with had no customer service what so ever!! Lesson learned!!

This is a crooked company. I used the product and it made my face break out. But that is not the worst problem. The $4.95 free sample is misleading and you are automatically charged $179 for a full size tube (so called sample) after the trial period, which they do not tell you they are going to do. Further if you accept it anyway and pay that charge, they start a monthly renewal for $139 and also do not inform you upfront. They send you an email which goes to your junk file which informs you of the automatic orde,r which also says it was already processed and sent. I immediately emailed them to cancel this so called order and called my credit card company to see if a charge had been placed. It was not as of yet and I have to keep checking because my credit card company cannot watch for the charge for me. I have to do it myself. If they do not cancel, I will place further complaints.

Very crooked company. When you write or call them, they have their representative trained to out talk you and will not listen to what you have to say. She said she would send me instructions on how to return but I checked my email every day and did not get anything from her,but they charged me $179.00 for a sample plus the $4.95 shipping and handling.Very deceptive advertising and do not fall for this scam unless you are rich and just want to send them your money. Was sent an opened and used product. When I called customer service, I was confronted with a very rude customer service rep who informed me they didn’t send out used product. After battling for a few minutes and basically being called a liar, I asked to speak with a supervisor which connected me to nothing more than what sounded like someone’s personal cell phone message. I hung up, redialed and spoke with cancellation this time. I returned the product within 1 hour of receiving it in the mail. They tell you to include a RMA # AND a tracking number, which I did. I also sent priority with a required signature and took a photograph of the invoice with both numbers and my receipt. They, too, have a hold for $179 on my card as well. Please don’t waste your time with this shabby underhanded company. I even googled their address and to be such an “exclusive” product, they are in a shady part of town that looks more like a residential area than a business district.

All they care about is getting your credit card number so they can express mail ( within 2 days of getting your credit card number) you a 30/60day tube of their dermaset skin care. Immediately after requesting the $4.95 sample they charge your credit card $179 for their 30/60 day sample,shipping and handling for over $200. This Product is part of a major scam; a week latter you will receive a collection notice letter to pay the balance of over $200 dollars by a Money order or a Cashier check. If you elect to return the sample before the 30 days they refuse to accept and Charge you another $80 dollars 2 weeks later.
