My husband bought me La Prarie’s caviar range as a present.
I have active Rosacea, so went and consulted with la Praries’s consultant before I opened the creams. I in fact bought more products from her.
My skin became more red and inflamed and super sensitive.
I went back to her, she said that she had never had a problem or returns on a product.
9 months later, I am still trying to get an answer from them.
What are the irritants in their products?
I will never buy this product again, after sales service the worst I have ever experienced.
One would think with an internationally renowned brand, after sales service should be supportive.

La Prairie skin caviar is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent! I was told it was the best product La Prairie made, and if it is, they should not be in business! It did absolutely nothing for my skin and am ashamed I would waste so much money on a product I should have tried before purchasing. Terrible product!!!
I would like to express that the above reviews are indeed testimony to the fact that we are ALL different, and function that way. I on the other hand started using La Prairie here and there ( when given samples etc ). in the past few months I have been using the full range, and don’t know why I didn’t start sooner. I am a 63 yo male and self confessed product nerd. I work very hard in a very demanding industry, so I like to treat myself as I feel I deserve to. this product IS what it says it is, period. I look like I am in my early 40s as I have been told.sveral weeks ago, I was taken aside at Wellington International Airport in New Zealand, as I did not look as old as my passport photo, so I had to go through the scanner again ( passport photos are never flattering ) but when I had a good look at myself, I could see the difference in the way I now look-Better Fresher and somewhat younger. if the LP products are too expensive for you, find a product that suits you and you budget. I cannot afford to use La prairie, but on the other hand, I cannot NOT to use La Prairie. it works wonders for me.
