the same thing happened to me! it has been one week and my skin is finally starting to come back and peel like i had sunburn. using Aveeno calming foam wash/Cetaphyl cleanser, and Aveeno calming face lotion. it burns a little bit has been helping to keep my skin moisturized.

Horrible cream…my eyes look like I’ve been punched. Very red and swollen around delicate eye area. Face is very dry around my laugh lines. Face feels dehydrated. The instructions say that redness, peeling and burning reaction means the cream is working but I don’t believe that. My skin has never felt this unhealthy before.

Wow! I also had a terrible reaction — I only used it on my neck and after 1 week my neck broke out in a horrible rash red and itchy I didn’t know what it was at first then I realized this was the only new item I had added — I tried all kids of calming lotions – cortisone was the best to calm it down – but it burned itched I ended up using 100% pure avocado oil and it helped a little but it started to get dry and thick like snake skin – I am now putting the oil on by itself as it is not as red but still the skin is thick —my fear is that my skin will not ever look normal again!! Same here. I’ve always had oily skin, but I’m 60 now and I thought I needed moisture. I don’t use it around my eyes, I use L’Oreal age perfect. I think I’ve waited too long. I’ve tried Neutrogena and Oil of Olay creams for eyes. Nothing works. I can’t afford the expensive stuff or a dermotologist…anyway I think I need to stop using a moisturizer on my skin. I’ve been using this for about 1 yr and it’s just started breaking out. At first I was told I looked like I was wearing makeup. Heck yeah! Guess I’ll go back to Dial soap, unless someone has a good suggestion.
I used rapid wrinkle repair moisturizer for 3 days at night. Woke up yesterday morning left side of face totally swollen and itchy and red and hot. Dont know if I should go to a doctor.
Right after I began using this my left eye went completely red and the eyelid swelled so bad I couldn’t get my eye open, because it was only one eye, I thought it wasn’t related to the product. So after throwing out my contacts and a trip to urgent care to rule out pink eye, it took about a week for my left eye to recover. Yesterday morning I finally used it again as part of my morning regimen. A couple hours later my eyelid felt funny, a little painful, and I looked in the mirror and it was slightly swollen, I washed everything off my face but it persisted, I woke up this morning with it swollen almost shut again, the only difference this time is that the eye isn’t red but the eyelid is like 4X it’s normal size, I am not using anything different except this expensive mistake of a product.

I had a horrible reaction. My face is swollen!! Looks like someone beat me up!! . I went to my doctor and was prescribed methyliprednisolone. I just got them and I hope it Works. The swelling is close to my eyes. Have taken Zyrtec and has not helped. It’s the scariest thing ever. This product should be taken off the counter.

I have been using the wrinkle rapid repair for 5 days. The first 2 days my skin felt really good and looked better…used it around my eyes (crow’s feet) and my forehead. 3 days ago I noticed the skin around my eyes looked red and it burned… I thought maybe it was normal so continued using it until yesterday when I noticed the redness is worse and now red bumps are all around my eyes!! I have stopped using it and putting pure aloe around my eyes and hoping this clears us!! It is not only unattractive, it is miserable!!!!

I specifically used the neutropenia rapid wrinkle repair eye cream.Seemed okay after day 1 but now the area around my eyes are burning and itchy. The skin has even swelled a little so it looks like i have bigger bags under my eyes and that the area looks burned. I am not using it again
I have used this product for 4 days and after the second day, my face feels like I have a sunburn. I first put it under my eyes, where it burns the most. Thought maybe the burn was because it was working and possibly because it was the most tender part of the face but after reading the reviews, I am hesitant to keep using this product. It even burns when I put my makeup on.
