Luminous Treatment Serum is an eye product designed to firm the skin around the eye and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines with use. The makers of this product say the formula is a non-invasive alternative to injections and plastic surgery.

Luminous Treatment Serum
is made from a formula that reportedly stimulates collagen production, and offers antioxidant protection, as well. Unfortunately, we don’t know which ingredients are featured in the formula, as there’s no label posted online.

Kremovage, according to our expert reviewers, is the best option for consumers who wish to achieve a younger appearance around the eye. This product is made from a range of plant-based ingredients, from plant stem cells to green tea extract and soothing oils. Luminous Treatment Serum Ingredients and Side Effects

The official website for Luminous Treatment Serum is not especially specific. They make a lot of claims about all the great things this product can do for your face–from reducing the appearance of dark circles and fine lines to helping you achieve a younger appearance.

But, when it comes time to discuss what it is about this formula actually makes it tick. The site says that the product contains antioxidants–which of course, work to protect the skin from incoming UV damage, pollution, and the effects of aging. But, we never get to see where those anti-oxidants are sourced from.

Overall, we don’t get the sense that the makers of Luminous Treatment Serum are true professionals. The product fails to provide consumers with any information that might sell the product to them.

Luminous Treatment Serum Quality of Ingredients

Luminous Treatment Serum is made by a company that doesn’t provide much information about the contents of their product. So, we don’t get a great sense of what elements are used to make this product.

This eye cream claims to be designed to protect the skin from the visible signs of aging, and provide a lifting, firming effect. Pretty straightforward claims for an eye cream. But, with most products, you’ll get a short list of active components on the website or product page.

Sure, saying a product can stimulate collagen production is a good start, but you need to explain how this works. We don’t need an explanation about washing your face (this is seriously on the website), nor a long story about how aging can cause issues like hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, sun spots, and so on.

We’d like to know how Luminous Treatment Serum takes on these issues, with detail.

There’s also the issue that this product might contain harmful inactive ingredients, too. We’ve seen similar products (not saying this is the case with Luminous Treatment), that have caused burning or irritation, but with no ingredient list, customers didn’t know why this had happened.

Failing to provide adequate information to consumers opens them up to the threat of allergic reactions or even exposes them to ingredients they might not want as part of their skincare regimen.

EDITOR’S TIP: Combine this product with a proven eye cream such as Kremovage for better results.

The Price and Quality of Luminous Treatment Serum

Luminous Treatment Serum does not come with a specific pricing structure attached. Shoppers will find that this product doesn’t come with a whole lot of specifics, in general.

Customers can get this product only by signing up for a free trial offer. The gimmick is as follows—users will receive a free 30-day supply of eye cream in exchange for paying a few bucks in shipping fees.

Signing up, as we’ve learned from so many similar products, means you’ve agreed to participate in a long-term subscription agreement with this company–meaning, you’ll be charged roughly $90 every 30 days until you manage to cancel. Based on this information, Luminous Treatment Serum does not appear to be a good value.

Business of Luminous Treatment Serum

Luminous Treatment Serum is made by a company that doesn’t share much about itself, but we were able to find an address and phone number that has been linked to this free trial page. Here is their contact information:

Address: P.O box 20800
Fountain Valley, California 92728

Phone: 877-497-1080

One of the first things you’ll notice is Luminous Treatment has almost the same name as another more reputable product called Luminous Eye Serum. We’re not sure if this is intentional, but it may play a role in helping attract customers to the landing page offering the free trial.

What’s interesting about the official website is, the makers of this product go to great lengths explaining to visitors how to wash their face before applying the cream, but fail to mention how the product works.

It’s almost as if the makers of this product are trying to deflect attention away from the fact that they don’t have anything worth buying.

Consumers have shared their accounts of dealing with this company, citing abusive practices on the part of customer service, as well as fraudulent charges to their credit card.

Per RipOff Report, here are some of the comments we found associated with this company:

“Accidentally signed up for the subscription service from hell. I got an eye cream and a skin cream and was charged $89 for each.”

“When I called customer service, the rep only agreed to give me a 35% refund. had to cancel my card to avoid more charges.”

“This company has charged me without my permission. I never saw any fine print agreement. This is fraud, no doubt about it.”

“Just another rip-off. There are so many of these scams out these. Try to be careful.”

When we looked up the address associated with this business, we found that this company has been selling several supplements and skincare products with the same business model.

There are countless complaints across multiple channels, as well as a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, based on a combination of reviews and complaints documented on the organization’s site.

In all, it’s safe to say that one should avoid this company–under its many names (Renew Eye, Garcinia Cambogia ZT, SkinNoir, etc.) at all costs. There are no positive experiences recorded anywhere on the web. Save your money and seek out a reputable product instead.

Customer Opinions of Luminous Treatment Serum

While looking more closely at Luminous Treatment Serum, we found that, despite many complaints against this company, no one brought up the actual quality of the product.

This eye serum is not sold on platforms such as Amazon, Jet, Sephora, Ulta–nowhere with a dedicated section for reviewers leave their feedback.

The best we could find was the many reports on consumer awareness platforms, but in those cases, people were primarily concerned with the fact that money was being taken from them.

At nearly $90 a piece, Luminous Treatment Serum is quite expensive—the price point rivals those of designer eye creams or serums made by famed dermatologists. In other words, skincare products made by companies of good repute.

So, to get to the point here, it’s clear that there are virtually no positive accounts of people who have used this product. We don’t know if it contains any high-quality ingredients, as the makers of this product can’t be bothered to explain how the product works or what elements are used to make it.

Conclusion – Does Luminous Treatment Serum Work?

During our research of Luminous Treatment Serum, and the company that makes the product, we found that this product doesn’t seem to have the best reputation. Shoppers may find that the free trial is worth much more of a headache than they initially imagined.

We don’t like that the name of this product is so similar to another item—one that comes with a lot more clout behind it—made by a legitimate company with a vast pool of reviewers.

Of course, it doesn’t matter what’s inside Luminous Treatment Serum. This product was designed to take advantage of customers; there’s no evidence that the makers of this item were focused on making an eye cream of a high-quality.

After reviewing a long list of eye creams and serums, we’ve found that Kremovage is the top performing product in this category. A diverse blend of ingredients come together–plant extracts, soothing oils, ocean-based retinol all of which provide the eye area with a rejuvenated, refreshed appearance.

Kremovage was designed to gently smooth away fine lines and wrinkles and hydrate skin, without the risk of an adverse reaction. To learn more about the soothing formula used to make Kremovage, click this link.

I tried to cancel, but the purchase was frozen, so I quickly contacted the bank card owners and they cancelled the order as well as the bank card itself! Today I received my new bank card…but low and behold the products that I tried to cancel. All numbers and verifications to this so called company have been cancelled as well as phone numbers saying they are no linger in service, so guess I Weill call ups and gave them pick up this fraudulent package and return it!
