Yes indeed, be very careful !!! My credit card company say they are unable to stop the pending payment of £146. I angrily contacted Cosmedique. DO GET ANGRY. They will offer you a refund if you want to send the rest of the cream back to them ; or (and this is easier and surer) a 50% refund without sending the cream back. I’ve chosen this option because all they have to do is deny having received the cream you returned to them. They are clever and devious.

The product works I have used it for several months and I really like it. I found it to be pricey but when I broke it down monthly it came to about $93.75 per month. The company offered me 50% off the reorder pricing of $147.50 which made it even better for me. That breakdown was $73.75 per month which I could totally handle. The price point made sense to me as I have used other products in the past but nothing worked for me. The other products are just as pricey and do not a thing. Cosmedique showed results for me in about 3 weeks so the claims of instant gratification are kind of untrue. There is no product out there that provides that option. I really like it and have enjoyed using it. I do not have to wait for it to dry it absorbs right away and I can put my make up on immediately and do not have to worry about it applying unevenly. The product is really providing some cool results on the sun damage I have my face through over the years. To compare it to botox would be a little stretch but it does work well without the evasiveness of Botox.

I should have read this before placing the order. The product I received it last month in Madrid, Spain but without even trying it I had my doubts about the company and their commercial practices. This is definitely a scam and it seems inconceivable that in a country like USA such scams are still being used.

This is a scam!! I have emailed them and got no reply. I phoned them to stop the montly $147 they take off my card and they couldnt even find me on their system. Cancel your card immediately. I have now paid the initial $187 plus 3x $147 and to date have only received the free samples I paid shipping for. DONT take their free samples!! I read a very good review about the product so I ordered for their 30 day risk free trial. The product might be what they claim but the result for my skin was disastrous. I had breakouts all over my face which I rarely have( after using the product for a week). I stopped using the product on the 10th day and contacted their customer support for returns. After a few back and forth emails, I still insisted on returning their product despite their offer of 50% discount because I was afraid of using it on my skin.
Then after more than a week ( just today) I was surprised to receive another email from the company charging me for the product. Now I finally agree with these negative reviews. They say it’s 30 day risk free trial but they still want to charge you even when you cancelled. Part of the scheme is sending the whole tube then charging you later. They could just send mini tubes for trial if they are really confident about their claims.

I suspected they would charge me so I called the company. I began using the product and I was really rash. They were very quick to refund my money and sent a confirmation via email ensuring I wouldn’t be charged again. They didn’t care to have the used product returned. I gave this cream to a friend and it’s been about 5-6 weeks and her skin is looking amazing! Which I hadn’t got a rash.

The product is very hypoallergenic and designed for sensitive skin as stated so may be i got experiencing a break out as my skin adjusts to using a new cream.
The “instant effect” is an illusion tho’. So I’ve had to wait for at least 2-3 weeks before noticing any effect. Yes same thing happened to me got the first Tube, a month later I received a UPS notification that another was on the way, I contacted the company they said they had emailed me two days previously to see if I wanted a second order and because I had not replied they assumed that I did want a second tube! I contacted them again told them that t I had never received this email (because it was never sent) anyway I got extremely cross they said they would give me a discount on the second order 147$ plus shipping I said was totally unacceptable in the end they gave me a refund of 120$ and said my account was closed.
I see there are more miracle cream scams going on. I fell for Lifecell which is probably the same company. I called my credit card company chase and they had already heard about the rip-offs (from Lifecell) of charging women’s cards these exorbitant charges and then you can’t get in touch with them to return the product within the 30 days.
My company credited me immediately the full amount and I didn’t have to return anything. Not that all credit card companies will do that but I’m sure most will if you have proof that they’re not following the agreement to let you return it after 30 days and you keep getting charged Also, .the credit card company will put a hold on those (scam) charges and the skin cream co. won’t be able to get the charge to go thru. Effectively, they are perpetrating fraud. Try talking to the fraud department at the credit card company also if needed.
Or call your credit card company before you sign up for some miracle cream and they may have already dealt with them and will tell you not to do it.

You need to go on their website and and send them a message .There is also an email address on the packaging. I hadn’t realized they were taking money from my credit card until I received the second tube! I emailed them and I returned the 2nd tube through registered mail and was told they sent me the money , still has to show on my account as I only just received the email. Once they get your credit card information, every few weeks and without warning, they randomly charge your credit card with amounts ranging as high as $187.00 to as low as $153.00. You can not reach them, including communication via email. I had to involve my bank, in order to get a person on the phone. The person I spoke with on the phone ( Karen) promised a refund right away but that refund never happened. To this day, I have not received a penny of refund, although I mailed the product back them and paying for the postage out of my own pocket. In short, since early December, they’ve literally scammed me of $353.57. which includes cost of shipping!

Dear all, unfortunately I didn’t read this article before I order the cream. Let’s be honest this cream “fancy” cream of 147$ DID NOT DO anything to my skin.Nothing change absolutely! I used two packs and finally I just send them an e-mail, that I’m canceling my next order. They didn’t ask me even why, what is the problem.
I’m 37 years old woman and I do have some wrinkles on my face. But what I know for sure that this cream didn’t help me even with 5% to change my skin tope or something else.

I saw positive and negative reviews of the product. At first I was hesitant to make a purchase because I heard and read some reviews of the price concern. I first inquire in their customer service to know the promotion they offer and its cost. I am glad that the rep told me about how their promotion works. She even told me that the promotion is on the check-out page for me to review before placing the order. I do not want to be part of their auto shipments though I wanted to try the product. The rep agrees with it. I tried the product and all I can say is it deliver result as advertised. It works like magic to my skin. The wrinkles are less noticeable now. I will definitely make a purchase with them soon but I do not want to be part of their auto shipment program. Love the Cosmedique so far. 🙂

My experience was totally different To be honest, after trying it for 15 days I notice a difference in my skin and actually loved the product so far. Apparently, this is yet another case of someone not taking the time to fully read what they are sending into a company. In regards to their promotion, the cream sent in for the $8.00 only for shipping stated clearly the membership terms and that future collections are shipped monthly until you cancel your membership. I’m glad I was able to fully understand their promotion it’s quite pricey but it’s all worth it even tho’ thru email their team responds well based on my experience tho’.I use this product daily twice a day and my skin looks vibrant and radiant now. Fortunately I paid by Debit card. When I got the warning they would be debiting my account I realized it was a con so contacted my bank and asked if they would refuse payment. They instantly agreed and told me if a payment was made they would refund me. They didn’t ask any questions which leads me to think they must have had similar requests before. I phoned the company and told them what I had done. They were annoyed and said what I was doing was “Stealing” which made me laugh. 🙂 but never heard from them again and no further payments were paid. So I got what I thought I was signing up to. GOOD.
You are lucky because you received a warning before withdrawing the money from you. They withdrew the money without warning me.

Just an info to help you. I noticed they are more active thru emails and their explanations are detailed rather than having the call (I called tho’) let them send you a confirmation email and explanation how the cream costs as well with the subscription. I admit and based on my experience, this is yet another case of someone not taking the time to fully read what they are having into a company. In regards to their promotion, the cream sent in for the $10.00 only for shipping stated clearly the membership terms and that future collections are shipped monthly until you cancel your membership. I tried sending an email back to their support asking for instructions on how to return the product, even though the cream works on me. They offered me a discounted price to keep the product and they also gave me a discount if I continue with the subscription. And they got an email prior the next shipment for refills and must check on that.
It is a scam. I’m in the US, and my mom bought this online about two weeks ago. As soon as I got it in the mail I tried to return it. For the past two weeks, they’ve left me on hold for 30-45 min. every time I’ve tried call, then they hang up. Now they’ve charged the card again for $147.00 only two weeks after she initially ordered it.
Absolutely do not try it. The only thing I’ve been able to do is cancel the card they have the information for. But I still have to wait till the charge posts on my account. $147..that I just lose until my bank can confirm that I’ve been trying to cancel the order.
If you’ve ordered this cream and you’ve only paid the shipping charge, cancel your card or close the account before they charge you again. I know it’s a pain but it’s better to wait 5 days for a new card then to wait 10 for your money to be refunded (maybe) by the bank.

I started to use lots less concealer under my eyes to hide the circles and began getting compliments on my makeup from people I had not seen in a while. I was at that time using the product for about 4 weeks. I was skeptical about using the product at first and have never really been big into skin care but when I saw the results I was amazed. I use this product as my all in one, I was able to rid my bathroom closet of all the products I purchased over the years and either did not use more than a few times or used and got no results. I was able to give that box of what I called “stuff” away and I use this product alone. I was offered to alter my dates for reorder frequency by an agent at the company to accomadate the fact that I use the product sparingly, as it goes a long way. I find that the company has been very accommodating and responsive to my needs. The only thing I can say is there was a few times when I called and was not able to reach an agent, but I received an email response about three days later and they apologized for the delay and provided me with the service I needed.

To all these poor reviews I did not experience these issues. I ordered the product and I was skeptical at first. The trial seemed to be a bit unclear to me but I ordered it, when the order arrived I contacted customer service and the trial terms and charges were made vividly clear to me. They extended my trial from 15 days to 30 days and were really helpful. When I started to see results I was a bit concerned about the cost of the product and knowing I wanted to keep going with it i said why not call and ask. So I did ask and the company reduce the price of my trial, they graciously cut the price of the trial in half and offered the same discount on my reorders. I have been using the product for 3 months. I ordered it originally as a trial for 30 days. I have read some of these reviews and it was not my experience at all. If I had failed to read the terms of the trial I might have to say I share those feelings these people are describing. Most of the review I read on you guys are ‘this is a con’ and ‘heads-up it will eat your money’. No offense to all of you since I bought also the product, I don’t feel like I am scammed. First of all I read the terms and conditions of the promotion they offer, which I know every company has clickbait phrases. It’s definitely a scam a Friend of mine who is above saw their ad in FB and out of curiosity he decided to try their so call free trial but after reading further he found that he had made an error and tried to cancel his order but they gave all kinds of excuses and refused even after he made and expensive call to their office in Florida and he was from Asia. He also called the credit card company and they told him that the 1st transaction had gone through and his only option to avoid future payments was to cancel his card and get a new one. They then canceled the card and they were told to stop any future payments. He would have to wait at least 48 hrs for a new card
Numerous emails went unanswered and he was wondering whether he would be bill for future payments I told him he would not be billed as the new card had a different code and number he was still not at ease and finally to put his mind at ease I advised him to write to the US Attorney Office in Florida which had branch office in Fort Lauderdale. The staff were helpful and they advised him of the procedures and advised him to be more aware of such scams.
He then copied some of the emails and sent it to them and they immediately sent him an email saying his order was canceled. This a a well thought of scam and there is a thin red line between them and the law and they use this to scam people who are gullible and those who are unaware of their actual intentions.
I ordered the product based on the trial as well. I did not read it thoroughly so I did not understand the trial in it’s entirety. I got charged for the shipping when I placed the order which was fine. I called customer service when I got the delivery and customer service reset my trial to accommodate the delivery time, they also extended my trial period from a 15 day trial to a 30 day trial. I asked them to explain what my obligations were in regards to the trial and auto ship. I was informed that I had 30 days to use the product and if I was not satisfied I could send back the unused portion, so that told me the company would take a loss. I was also informed of the 100 money back guarantee so again that is a huge loss if I did not like the product. I read some nasty reviews as well before I ordered but this was not my experience at all. I had some dryness for the first 2 weeks but that went away. I use only this product now. Yup, the number associated with the sample charge was (561) 277-6860, a Florida number.
Problem is…I called twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. No one answered either time after a 10 and 12 minute wait.
When I placed the order their was another number 1(866) 561-0269 Customer Service used by the manufacturer as a third party. But they knew nothing about the transaction.
So I researched the internet for Cosmedique and found another Florida number (855)315 7474
A lady by the name of Karen explained the process. They send out the trial offer for about $5.00. If the product is not returned, at customer expense within about 16 days, the full amount of $187.50 is charged to the account and continues going forward until who knows when. The thing to do is this. Return the sample to the US Postal Service and have them scan it as not accepted and they will send it back to the company, but you are still charged the initial
approx. $5.00 shipping cost. A small price to pay for a big education. This company is next to criminal. Totally misleading and disingenuous. And dangerous to the the public. My thoughts.

They are only in business to scam the public.
